After a long day skiing or snowboarding, detox your cares away in the new 6-person, private outdoor hot tub located on the front deck. If this is not enough, venture back inside to the walk-in cedar Finlleo sauna to enjoy a cleansing sweat that will leave you feeling like a new person.
When it is time for bed, head to one of the 4 bedrooms where you'll find every amenity one could need for a good night's sleep. Dream easily in the soft bedding of the 2nd-level master bedroom's king-sized bed with a Velux mattress. You'll love waking up to spectacular views, but for lazy mornings in bed, feel free to pull back the blackout drapes. The lower-level master bedroom also boats a plush king-sized bed along with tasteful granite top Alder cabinetry in the adjoining private bathroom. This incredible rental property provides four-season access to the mountains and ski area via the extensive National Forest Trail system out the front door! For stairless access, go 3 blocks up White Cloud Drive and look for the trailhead marker where Gold King Way intersects with White Cloud Drive.
Leave the house and immediately ski down the gentle slope of the Forest Trail that parallels Lower Lehman to the base of Peak 9 in about 5 minutes. The trail comes out on Peak 9 by the Camel Back Platter and Ski & Ride Carpet D Ski School lifts on the edge of Lower Lehman. Ski down to Quicksilver chair lift or Maggie Pond area, or across to Beaver Run Chair Lift. The advanced skier can ski home via Peak 10 or the beginner/intermediate skier via Upper and Lower Lehman to reconnect to the Burro Trail. There is an approximate 300-yard, well-trod walk uphill in the forest to ski home.
Another option of getting to the ski area or town during ski season is to catch the Upper White Cloud Warrior’s Mark West (WMW) shuttle that picks you up only steps from the front door! Both the neighborhood shuttle and the Free-Ride proceed to the Ice Rink Terminal/Parking lot where you can access 3 other routes within Breckenridge or connect to the Summit Stage Shuttle Bus to Arapaho Basin, Keystone, Copper Mountain Ski areas and numerous other Summit County locations.

We really enjoyed it
Clean, well maintained, well stocked, beautiful views. Hot tub and dry sauna were therapeutic after a full day of skiing. The garage is really nice to have and the pellet grill was awesome. Thanks for a great vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was great. Awesome location to easily ski to the slopes. I would highly recommend the house. A few suggestions to improve the stay for visitors. First would be to make entry more clear. Code and lock were unclear how to use. Called the main office for assistance. The office was rude on the phone, but we eventually got in. The code for the garbage took a while to find. It should be written in all of the books and specified in all material that you need a code to get into the garbage garage. The new van that runs throughout the area to take you into town was very hard to find. Once we found it, it was great and convenient, but the descriptions is unclear. It should be noted it is not on a normal bus route in town.
Great House, Great View
House was great for our group of 12. The views out the living room and master bedroom were fantastic. We even had a friendly fox come visit the back yard from time to time.
The only tough part was finding the trail to ski back in from peak 9. Once we found it, it was more of an uphill hike than a ski in. Skiing out was great.
IT WAS AKK VERY NICE AND WELCOMING, THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAS WAS THE PET HAIR, EVEN IF THE POLICY SAYS NO PETS ALLOWED THERE WAS PET HAIR ON THE FLOOR, RIGS AND COUCH.
