Why Fonda Mueller - Live Breck Property Management chose Breckenridge

The location of this house is absolutely wonderful. It is located at the mid-point station of the gondola between the center of town and Peaks 7 & 8. You will walk out the door and the gondola loading area is steps from the door. Once you are loaded onto the gondola, you will take a 3-4 minute ride to the base of Peak 7. If you stay on the gondola for another minute, you can unload at the base of Peak 8. It is really convenient and there is never a line at the Shock Hill gondola station. It is also very easy to ride the gondola back to the house for lunch. Before 5pm, you can ride the gondola down to the center of town. The home is located about 1/2 of a mile from town, so you can also walk. It is a downhill walk into town but that means uphill on the way back.

Beautiful Home Great Location

The home had a warm welcoming feel to it. Loved sitting on the deck just relaxing and looking at the views . After a long day of hiking the hot tub was a treat. The gondola is walking distance so you can go to the ski lodge or.into town for some shopping without driving. Would go back in a heartbeat!!

Very comfortable and luxurious home.

I stayed with my friends in this luxurious home for two weeks this summer. Great location with the gondola and town close by. Beautiful lodge feel and great amenities. The deck and hot tub we used every evening to watch the sunset. One of the nicest properties I've stayed at in Shock Hill or anywhere!!!

Fabulous

Fabulous home. The gondolas stop is only a few steps from the house. We took it to the ski hill and into town. Great location, beautifully decorated with a warm cozy lodge feel. A definite choice for this years vacation. Loved it!

Wonderful experienc

The property managers were great to work with which is very comforting when vacationing somewhere new. My husband and I were planning a ski trip to Breckenridge and we had never been there before. The managers responded quickly to our emails and provided information about the area. Upon arrival the property was in perfect condition and absolutely stunning. The house is a short walk to the gondola so just a short trip to the ski lifts. We highly recommend this property for families and groups that need a little space. The only negative was access to town. The town was very close but we had to take an uber or drive ourselves since it was just beyond walking distance and the gondola stops running at 5pm. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Great house and even better location!

We recently stayed at this house located in the Shock Hill neighborhood off Peak 7. The house itself is wonderful with every amenity you could want for your ski trip. The hot tub sunken into the deck is awesome and the nightly soaks while the sun sets are second to none. The house is setup beautifully with the entry being the same level as the living room and kitchen. The upstairs master bedroom is perfect with a huge bathroom and soaking jacuzzi tub. The lower level has the second master as well as the remaining two bedrooms. Perfect setup for a good group of friends or a larger family. The kitchen was equipped with all the tools that any home chef would need to prepare a great dinner after a tiring day on the slopes. The best part of the whole place is definitely the location. You are only two blocks from the mid-loading station of the gondola. This means that you don't have to deal with any lines for the gondola and at the end of the day, you are dropped off with just a short hike to your place.

We will definitely be back! Thanks to Fonda and her husband for making sure our vacation was a blast!
