This two bedroom two bathroom rental is just across the street from the beach with a beautiful Gulf view. Enjoy the sunset from the top of the palms on our oversized balcony on this top floor west corner condo. Recently renovated, this condo will make you feel right at home on your vacation to the most beautiful beaches in the world! We are located at the quaint and picturesque Town Center of Gulf Place in Santa Rosa Beach on Scenic 30-A. The area has low traffic and congestion and is just across the street from our beautiful world renown white sand beach and the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Relax in one of the 3 community pools or hot tubs surrounded by lush lawn and palm trees. Inside you will find accommodations for up to eight guests with king beds in both the master and the second bedroom, plus bunk beds recessed in the hallway (great for kids), and a queen sized sleep sofa. Free wireless internet makes catching up on email, if you must, a breeze.

Want some beach time? Take the easy stroll across the walkway by the pool till your toes dig into the sugar white sand through one of three deeded beach accesses. Check out Yolo Board & Bike for all your recreational needs right in Gulf Place Town Center. Beach chair and umbrella service are easily arranged with several local vendors.

Need a break from the beach? Check out the unique art and crafts at the Artists at Gulf Place. Our Town Center also has the full service Santa Rosa Pharmacy, and there are numerous amenities, restaurants, and gift shops right here. We even have a full service spa, hair salon, pilates studio, and wedding planners on site. If cooking is your thing there are several groceries and fresh seafood markets nearby. Goatfeathers Seafood Market for fresh seafood or dining in is a half mile away . . . just ride your bike or take a walk.

In the middle of the town center is an outdoor amphitheater. Kids can play Frisbee or romp in the grass. Enjoy a concert in the park on Sunday nights in the summer, or Third Thursday Wine Walkabout every . . . you guessed it . . . third Thursday of the month. Also on Sunday, enjoy a church service directly on the beach at Ed Walline Park just across the street. If you're wanting some recreation, other activities onsite are shuffleboard, croquet, two tennis courts, walking trails, and biking. No better place to kick back and relax, while enjoying the charisma and charm of Scenic 30A!! Ride a bike or take a walk or run on the 17 mile paved Timpoochee Trail right out front to visit nearby colorful and beachy Seaside and Watercolor! The stores and restaurants of Destin are a short 10 minute drive from our location on the west end of 30-A, but you’ll look forward to escaping back to our less crowded and quieter part of beach life.

Gulf Place is a beautiful vacation destination - maintained with elegant landscaping and tropical feel. Here you have the beach and more - all within walking distance. You can't find a better place to relax and recharge. If you come visit once, you’ll be back!

Terrific condo

This was our sixth year staying at Gulf Place Caribbean and our favorite condo. We loved the view of the Gulf from the top floor and the sunsets were a knockout! The condo was very clean and the stylish decorating truly gave us a tropical feel. We were impressed with how well the condo was stocked, right down to the sugar spoon and butter knife!

The manager and owners were very accommodating and went out of their way to make our one month stay most enjoyable. We hope to be able to make a return visit.

Beyond Expectations

This property captures the essence of Santa Rosa and 30a. The view is amazing. Tucked away on the top floor corner, the views include the beach along with a pond with tons of turtles present. The inside was immaculate and not run down like some rental properties. It was a place you could truly call home for a bit. Also being in Gulf Place really gives you no reason to drive anywhere else with the amenities present. This is on my list to stay at again.

Bad lighting. Seemed dark. Bedrooms need room darkening shades. Master bedroom mattress uncomfortable location excellent. View excellent kitchen adequately supplied. Bathrooms small

Great Place!!!

This was our first time vacationing along Hwy 30a and we loved it! Such a wonderful stretch of quaint beach communities with a friendly feel. We loved Santa Rosa but truthfully, anywhere along Hwy 30a would be nice. The beaches are not crowded, everyone riding bikes, charming shops & restaurants, and no highrise condos taking over everywhere is quite appealing. The condo was lovely, very clean & nicely decorated with a beautiful view. The only thing missing there is a table to eat at on the balcony which would have been nice. Also, I chose this condo instead of another one I was considering at Gulf Place Caribbean because it came with the use of 2 bikes. I thought it would be nice not to be bothered with the cost & trouble of renting bikes. As it turned out, we got the bikes out to ride and one had an air leak so we couldn't use it, but the other bike was fine. Luckily, a nice man there saw our plight and offered the use of one of his bikes for a few hours. We were able to ride down to "Goatfeathers" and eat (the Oysters Rockefeller is amazing!). It was a little disappointing not to have 2 bikes readily available during our stay as we had planned but at least we did ride the one time. I notified the owners of the air leak and they promptly replied they would see about having it fixed. Overall, I would stay again, and I would recommend this beautiful place!

Best Condo Yet...

We have been visiting Santa Rosa Beach and staying in the condos at Gulf Place Caribbean for about 8yrs now and this condo is, by far, the BEST one we have EVER stayed in while vacationing there!!! We would highly recommend it!! It was the quietest room we've ever stayed in and has the best view ever. The décor is absolutely gorgeous and the condo was very clean. It's especially nice not having the pool directly below the balcony (you can enjoy being out on the balcony and not have all the "pool chatter" interference). There were a few minor issues that were really just inconveniences. I list them here as a way for management to know they need to be addressed: the outlets in the dining room area were not "tight" (had a hard time keeping my phone charger and laptop plugged in-all of the outlets had issues, and I did see in a review from 2012 that was an issue back then as well, so guess it still needs to be addressed); the vent cover in the master bedroom ceiling would not open; one of the blinds on one of the balcony doors would not close all the way (the "stop" bead appears to be in the wrong place); and the hot and cold water on the washing machine were reversed, and it would be kinda nice to have a small table on the balcony so we could eat breakfast out there. But since we don't go to the beach to surf the web or play on our computers or do laundry, we gave the condo a 5 star review. Even with these minor issues/inconveniences, we absolutely LOVED it and have already booked our 2014 stay there!!
