You also have quick access to entire Kong Kong and its attractions by MTR. Enjoy the stunning view from the close-by water front, shopping and dining or just stroll around and discover the city. Your apartment will be waiting for you to indulge you with a relaxing set-up after a long day.

Shopping, restaurants, bars, post office, banks and many interesting sights are just a short walk away. It's just a 5-minutes-walk to the WATERFRONT from where you have the most STUNNING VIEWS of Hong Kong Island, especially after sunset. TWO TRAIN STATIONS (MTR) are just minutes from the building (Tsim Sha Tsui and East Tsim Sha Tsui) and accessing Hong Kong's modern subway train system is an ease. It's just 2 stops to HK Central and Disneyland is easy accessible by MTR too. BUS STOPs are close-by too and taking the Cityflyer airport bus won't be a big deal if you are a little bit familiar with the area and have a smart phone with SATNAV.
EATING OUT - RESTAURANTS and EATERIES
From fine dining to fast food - from local Cantonese to Western - It's all available and just A SHORT WALK away. Stroll around and you will find standards like McDonalds, PizzaHut as easily as exotic like German or Vietnamese or well expected Dim Sum or Cafe de Coral.

SOGO, K11, iSquare, Carnarvon Plaza, Chungking , Harbour City .... The list would go on as there is no shortage when it comes to shopping for sport wear, cameras, tailed suits and shirts, jewelry and watches of all kinds and brands, accessories or souvenirs in TST.
SIGHTSEEING - Kowloon offers a lot
Kowloon is the northern part of Hong Kong and TST is the most south point of Kowloon. But TST is not only geographically very central, also cultural and when it comes to interesting sites: Avenue of Stars, Star Ferry and cruise terminal, 1881 Heritage, Many of Hong Kong's museums and parks are located in Tsim Sha Shui too.
RELAXING - LIVING ROOM
Them bright and modern designed living room features a LARGE DINING AREA, a stylish sitting area for 8 with state-of-the art entertainment system (60" TV and international content, HBO and VoD), a convenient desk with USB chargers and big luggage stand (window bench) and impressive art work. Speedtest shows around 50MBit up- and download for the FREE HIGH-SPEED WIFI that covers the living area and all bedrooms. You won't probably find that in any hotel room included if available at all. The HUGE LIVING SPACE can also keep you drinks chilled in a separate display fridge with ice maker.
SLEEPING - FLEXIBLE BEDROOMS
The apartment offers 4 bedrooms, 3 shower bathrooms of which two are en-suite. The addition maid-room has its own toilet and shower facilities and can be used as a walking-closet (of the living room). All five bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING.
Details and beds:
#1 - The big double room with designer king-sized bed with high-tech memory foam mattress has a large en-suite shower bathroom and a double sofa-bed (not on all photos yet). This room now sleeps up to 4.
#2 - the bright twin bedroom with EXTRA LONG BED(S) can be set-up as a double (1 king-sized bed) or as a twin (2 separate slim single beds). It has two windows and sleeps 2 on memory foam mattresses.
#3 - the stylish double bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. It sleeps 2 on comfy-foam.
#4 - the double room can also be set up as a twin (2 separate slim single beds, perfect for kids) - sleeps 2 on memory foam mattresses.
The also air conditioned LIVING ROOM can sleep up to 4 PAX on the long sofa*, the wide window bench (see photos) and two optional air beds, please ask for details.
The living room has direct access to the third shower bathroom. It's shower panel includes a steam function that is ideal for a quick cool-down after a hot day.
Up TWO COTS can be provided free of charge. There is also a baby highchair.

EATING IN - COOKING and GROCERY SHOPPING
The living room features a dining table for up to 10.
The separate kitchen presents modern appliances including a big fridge with two freezer sections, a micro-wave oven with top heat grill, a double gas cooker, coffee maker, rice-cooker and NESPRESSO machine... Asian and Western style tableware, pots and pans will be provided.
The grocery department of Sogo can be found across the street and offers a wide selection of fine food. Two more supermarkets are within walking distance holding local and western items. A 7-eleven is located beside the building entrance.
The kitchen offers a washing machine with build-in dryer (not a separate tumbler), a quick and affordable laundry service is available close-by (please ask on arrival for details). The maid-room can be used as a walk-in wardrobe* or practical staff room. Asian and Western style tableware, pots and pans will be provided as well as bedlinen and towels together with a start set of toiletries. Baby items can be provided but might need to be pre-arranged. No Animals are allowed.
The apartment has a view, which one would not necessarily call stunning but the temporary construction side* across the street can offer interesting views from time to time. Unfortunately this comes with some noise during daytime (but it will be limited by additional glazings that is planned to be installed in September-October*).
The booming real estate market of Hong Kong causes high rents, usually small to very small rooms and lots of construction in TST and all HK. This and the central location can generate a busy and noisy environment at times. Please be advised that this is represented in the room rate already and does not indicate any reason for refund or free cancellation. Please contact us if you have any questions about this before booking the apartment.
The apartment is on the 6th floor with 3 lifts making it very accessible. The building has 24/7 security and a FOB controlled entrance system. The apartment has a key-code lock and additional safety installations. The area is very safe.
You can get yourself a great deal, if your dates are a little bit flexible: Some nights are half price, saving easily HK$1000 or more. This special offer is already included in the price you find on this website but please feel free ask for details and additional discounts.
We like our guests to enjoy this great city a little bit longer. That is why we promote longer stays with lower rates and a relatively high cleaning fee. All management costs and utilities are included (even A/C and Internet).

Best location in Hong Kong....just steps from everything. Inside is very large and well decorated....tons of room. Highly recommended. I will stay here every time I visit. Can't go wrong.
Visiting HK often and staying at private apartment as often as possible I think I can say I have see a lot. This apartment is definitely one of the best you can find. Yes, it is huge. Bedrooms have a good size considering what's the standard in HK and the living room is very big and even if it's long, it's still bright enough at the dining table.
The kitchen has practical size and has the usuals including a washer-dryer and a big fridge.
Having actually 4 baths is a nice plus to the 4 bedrooms.
You will experience the mix Hong Kong has to offer. There are high-class hotels, restaurants and malls and also the traditional night markets and bars.
The building itself has many tailors on the ground floor but they are separate from the marble entrance lobby.
The booking process for very smooth and the service very good.
