You will also find a newly renovated bathroom featuring a double shower, double basin and separate toilet. The internal laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience, a double lock up garage with internal access and off street parking for two additional vehicles.
Tiled stairs lead to the main living area located on the second level. The open plan living area features a lounge suite and a large LCD TV with surround sound, DVD player and iPod dock, along with a lovely wooden dining table which seats six. The kitchen is neat and modern, including a dishwasher and microwave and leads out to an undercover tiled balcony with six seater outdoor setting and a large stainless steel four burner hooded BBQ including side element. (Please note that the kitchen is not equipped with an oven. Stove top only). A second toilet is also located on the second level for your convenience.
