Why Kristen D chose Louisville
We lived in this home for a while until we outgrew it because of our expanding family. The location is ideal for getting around different parts of the city, yet convenient enough to walk or drive to groceries, malls and restaurants. We love the area so much, we moved just a mile down the road.

Your best value in Louisville!
We spent three nights in this lovely home. It was immaculate! Very roomy and well appointed. There were only the two of us but this home would be very comfortable for three couples.
This place is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It’s the perfect size for us, nice, remodeled kitchen—and the owners are unobtrusive yet responsive. We’ll be back!!
The house and the neighborhood was amazing ! Loved that restaurants and shopping was so close ! Can’t wait stay here again!
Amazing house and location for shopping. Towels and linens were first class.

The home has been completely remodeled and increased in size to provide a perfect layout for having different groups of guests. The kitchen is great for cooking dinners at home or having drinks and hanging out as it connects with the other seating rooms. There are three open living spaces, a back family room with fireplace , a front living room with fireplace, and a dining room. The master bedroom has its own bathroom suite, the second bedroom is located next to the second renovated full bathroom. The third bedroom has an attached half bath and laundry room. House is over 2200 sq. ft ranch. We use a professional cleaning team, lawn care team and maintenance team. This house will never be listed for sale like others on the site. Not that we anticipate it but, if there ever is a problem we have multiple resources to provide a quick resolution.
Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a king bed, other bedrooms have queen beds and plenty of closet space. The rear sitting area has lazy boy leather couch with a full bed that folds out. House has 2 sitting rooms with TV's. The beds are all brand new with high quality pillow top mattresses.
