Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We loved this condo location! You could walk or bike to town easily. It is only about 200 yards from the miles of paved bike trails. We also loved where this unit was in the complex. This unit is one of the few to have their own private deck - even though it's small, we had sunshine on it most of the day and used it for happy hour several evenings. It also had its own barbecue. The unit has good light and very little noise. The space is great - bedrooms down a hall that could be closed off. Master bedroom and bathroom very large. The kitchen is small and not much room for food storage, but kitchen appliances and utensils were good. We cooked and barbecued in the unit several times and everything worked perfectly. This is also one of the few places in Ketchum that offer an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. We have stayed at this complex in the past and we like this unit the best.
We stayed here Labor Day weekend. The location was walking distance to downtown. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very clean and had everything we needed.
The Christophe at River Run is in a great location. It's in town so all the restaurants and shops are a short walk away but it's on the fringe so there is peace and quiet. The mountain lifts and trails are a short walk away. It's the best of both worlds. The apartment is a good sized two bedroom perfect for two couples or a few friends. The kitchen is stocked with all the utilities you need so a quick trip to the market for food is all you need. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Sun Valley.
Great location and base for all seasons in the area. Amenities in our place were just what we needed, and we were short walks away from friends and downtown, and easy drives to the surrounding areas. Young to old can find the comforts of home here.
Coming in to the peak season in the Sun Valley/Ketchum area, lodging was at a premium. I figured I'd take a chance on this place, and I was not disappointed. Quiet, very clean, covered parking all top notch. The king bed was relatively comfortable, the living room plenty big with a fireplace for those cold rainy evenings, and although the kitchen is quite small, we navigated it without any trouble. Highly recommended!
