This beautiful, spacious apartment at the very heart of historic Bordeaux was renovated by an architect in 2012 to the highest standards giving you all the conveniences you expect - from WIFI to dishwasher, tumbledryer and Nespresso - with all the character of a luxurious 18th century Bordeaux residence.
Furnished throughout with exquisite taste (mixing original 18th century paintings and engravings with 20th century iconic pieces of furniture), the apartment features a large and quiet master bedroom, sunny living room with balcony looking out over historic buildings and featuring an additional sofa bed for 2 persons, spacious dining area, fully-equipped kitchen - including a lovely breakfast bar - and bathroom with separate toilet and a wash hands. It also benefits from private parking for small or medium car, which is definitely rare in this part of the city.
This is a perfect base from which to explore Bordeaux and its region and return from each day's adventures to the welcome of a true home from home. Everything you might want is minutes away, from many nice restaurants, typical cafés and delicious bakeries to world-class museums, enjoyable theatres, cinemas and an amazing opera hall. My manager or I will be more than happy to give you personal advice and help organise your specific requirements, so that you can relax and enjoy our admirable city. Many city guides and addresses that tourists do not usually find will be at your disposal in the apartment. The Tourist Information Center is also within walking distance, and their staff will be very helpful when booking wine tours, city tours of the UNESCO listed heritage sites, etc. Of course, if you prefer, taxis can stop outside the door and the tram stop is just 300 feet away.

I currently split my time between Paris and Brussels, but my roots are in Bordeaux and it's a city I really love spending time in. I therefore look forward to using my local knowledge to help you discover the many delights this sophisticated city and its region have to offer, anytime of the year.
The Owner purchased this apartment in 2011
Antoine is such a gentleman host and really worried about you and the comfort of your stay. He left some Nespresso coffee, carries your suitcases, fits the house w information about tours , maps and the vineyards. It was a wonderful stay and I truly recommend
This was a lovely apartment in the centre of Bordeux. We travelled as a group of four. Irish guys to see Ireland play in the European football championships. There is a double bed in one room with a fold out couch bed in the sitting room. Shower facilities are very good and the apartment is very modern.
Would highly recommend this apartment if you are looking to stay in the heard of the city!
We booked the place for a week to attend a professional conference which happened to be during the Euro Cup, so we were advised to book ahead. We were quite happy with the arrangements to book the place, all very professional, almost too professional, reminding me of the Swiss. We were met, as scheduled, to gain access, and were indoctrinated about the use of all facilities which included very modern appliances. The apartment is spacious with a living room overlooking the street below, large bedroom, and enormous shower. The location is only a 5 minute walk from Porte de Borgogne Tram station which is easily reached from the main train station (Gare St. Jean). The central market, and eateries are all close by. Although there is a complete kitchen, we opted to only cook once as we were stuffed, a problem while eating in Bordeaux. While most of our meals were provided by the conference program, it would be enjoyable to visit the central market and take home the bounty of Bordeaux produce to eat at home; but, as I said, we ate out much of the time.
The highlight of our trip was the annual fete le vin, which included an extraordinay light and sound show on the quai.
I admit that I was a bit nervous about the 200 euro deposit, but with a quick inspection, that was returned in full, which gave me confidence to write this positive review.
I have only one negative comment. The charge a 70 euro fee for linen. From an American perspective, that is unusual, as we expect linen to be included in a rental fee. But, I think I got most of that back. Anyway, it was unclear, but it that is the French way, it was only a small inconvenience. We had colleagues staying in hotel rooms at more expense without all the conveniences of an apartment.
So, I would rate this 5-star,would stay there again if we traveled to Bordeaux, and would highly recommend it to friends.

Great spacious appartment in the centre of Bordeaux.
A lovely bottle of wine left for us as complimentary which was a nice touch.
Well kept and perfect for a break away, living room was huge and kitchen had all the mid cons.
Recommend to all
We loved the apt. Close to everything and easy to find. Our only critisism would be it is quite noisy. We were there over a weekend and the Neighbours were coming home at 2, 3 and 5am. The lights come on in the courtyard hence into our bedroom and the talking travels greatly.
We stopped over in Bordeaux for 2 nights en route to Paris. We were very happy with this spacious apartment and the welcome and check in process. The apartment is located on the edge of old Bordeaux so that all the attractions are within walking distance. It is well appointed and fitted out and accurately presented on the website.
Mary and I spent a few days in this wonderful apartment in April. The unit was exactly as depicted and had top of the line everything.
Eneka was very helpful and even helped us to get a flight to Nice which was less expensive than the train and much faster.
Le Petit Commerce and Gabriel(service?) are great places to eat. Bar a Vin ( local) and St. Emiion (day trip) are great for wine tasting.
We should have spent more time in Bordeaux.
Part of a wonderful trip.
Bordeaux is in the heart of a very large and unique wine area.
It is also 50 km from the sea (Cap Ferret, Arcachon and Dune du Pyla)
and 180 km only from Spain and the Mountains (Pyrénées)
