Located minutes away from Kolonaki square and Syntagma, our apartment is in a very safe, residential building, moments from museums, fashionable bar-restaurants, stores and amenities. It offers a unique stay in Athens' unique Kolonaki district!!
Our apartment is on the first floor of quiet residential family building with few apartments - it is in excellent condition with high ceilings, wooden floors, am ultra clean bathroom and a small but very functional kitchen. The apartment also offers a very sweet little bedroom balcony, ideal for breakfast or dinner for two.
Its location is superb - moments away from the Benaki Museum (inside a preserved neoclassical manor house) and the Goulandris Museum of Cycladic Art which are two of the finest private collections in the country.
The apartment is on Alopekis street - at the heart of Kolonaki and very near Kolonaki square. There are a plethora of available options for nightlife, including bars, ouzeries, and tavernas. Outdoor seating on pedestrian walks is typical, creating a lively atmosphere at night. The main Kolonaki Square is where the little column which the neighborhood was named for is located. It is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Kolonaki also hosts 2 metro stations, Evengelismos ( 5minutes walk from the apartment) and Megaro Mousikis (a bit further away).
Two smaller museums to be found in Kolonaki are the Museum of the History of Greek Costume and the Theater Museum, both highly specialized in their respective areas. A walk across our street from Vasilissis Sofias Avenue are the Byzantine Museum, and the War Museum of Athens.
We would love to meet you and guide you through our city! We will provide hints & tips and there are plenty of maps and guides in the apartment to help us do just that! Our contact details are available and upon booking you will get access to two videos that we have prepared to help with your arrival.

Friendly & outgoing! Love traveling, meeting new people, listening to music and making everything possible to ensure that anyone who visits Athens has a great time!
I have an international career & hosting for me is not a business. It's about becoming part of your great Athens experience so that you will return back to Athens or tell you fiends to visit - in that way I feel that I am giving something back to my city!
Please feel free to contact me in case you have any questions whatsoever!

Superb location with nearby museums and Athens historical center proximity!
Vibrant going out life, quality shopping, extremely safe area.
The location of his apartment is superb. It provides easy access to shopping and touring. It is surrounded by a wide variety of quality restaurants and has a well supplied grocery store nearby for in house dining. The apartment itself is compact but not out of character for the area. It is efficiently laid out and well furnished. Everything worked as offered. The hosts are very easy to reach and helpful. I can easily recommend this rental for a couple or small family travelling to Athens.
This is a lovely apartment from which to explore Athens. We were in the city for the first time, and found the central location a great base to discover the rest of the city from. The apartment is well-maintained and clean, and fully stocked with crockery and utensils. The environs are quiet, but it is a very short stroll to some excellent restaurants and shops. The landlord, Paris, is very friendly and helpful --- willing to wait for us past midnight when our flight was delayed! All in all an excellent experience and I would recommend it heartily.
Well appointed apartment, cosy, quiet and centrally located at the base of Lycabettus Hill and an easy walk to all places you would want to visit whilst in Athens. A short walk to many restaurants and bars . Oikieo restaurant located a few doors away became our favourite very quickly. Paris was very accommodating and helpful in ensuring our stay was enjoyable.
perfect for a couple visiting Athens - very central "posh" area of Athens - walking distance to everything, fantastic restaurant next door, couple of nice bars on same block, metro 5 minutes away - will definitely be back.
My husband and I spent 3 weeks in this small, charming studio-apartment in the heart of Kolonaki.
The apartment is small, but very clean and functional, and has all the essentials. The location is perfect - Trendy neighbourhood close to Cafes, Restaurants and great shopping stores. The Kolonaki square is only minutes away as well as the bus and metro station. We were able to easily walk to Syntagma Sqare, Monastiraki, Plaka and all the touristy places.
The apartment is perfect for a short stay and the owner, Mr. Paris, is very professional, kind and helpful. This is the second time we have booked an apartment with him, and have always had a great experience.
I would definitely recommend the apartment and will be booking our next stay there.
My wife and I were fortunate to be able to spend a week in Athens this past January. The sights are amazing, the locals are friendly and the entertainment and food costs are a bargain. We were not, however, as pleased with our “Kolonaki apartment” accommodation. We got off to a bad start with the apartment owner, Paris, when we had trouble finding the apartment on the first night we were there. In a rented car, we were driving in from a visit to Delphi. I had a lot of trouble finding the apartment because there are no visible street signs to help you find your way. We called Paris to let him know that we were lost and that we would be late for our appointment. His only suggestion to us was “hire a cab” which he told me numerous times. We drove some more and got closer to the apartment, but still could not locate it. After talking to him a second time, he threatened to leave and not let us have the apartment. To avoid losing the apartment and our deposit, we had to leave our car on a side street and hire a cab to drive us the final mile or so.
As for the apartment itself, on the good side it is a great location. A short walk gets you to Syntagma Square where you can hop on the Metro. There are also some great museums nearby. Although both the bathroom and kitchen are quite small, they have recently been updated and are nice. The shower is very tiny though.
On the negative side, the bed and mattress are very old and not very comfortable. The pillows also need to be replaced. To get by, we used our inflatable airplane pillows that we normally use on long flights. The outside entrance to the apartment is dark even during the daytime. Luckily my wife brought along a flashlight or we would have been fumbling with the lock each time we entered the apartment. No light at the entrance is also a security issue, although we always felt secure while exiting and entering the apartment.
Taken all together, we cannot recommend this apartment to future travelers. The attitude of the owner, Paris, was especially disappointing. He could have been more understanding of our predicament.
