You will be both amazed and at home in our beautiful New Log House on the Ski Resort Mountain of Peak 7. Sitting on 1.25 Acres of Pine and Aspen treed land, you have an amazing unobstructed view of the Rockies. With a large Hot Tub sitting on the large 2nd Level Deck with BBQ Grill, you can soak and relax after an adventurous day. Fully stocked updated kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and 4 King Size suites plus a kids Bunk Room with two twin size bunk beds (4 total twin beds), and a full size pull out sleeper sofa. Two separate living areas with large flatscreen TVs (game room/kids living area on first floor and great room on 2nd floor) . The Main Living Area, "Great Room", has plenty of seating and is completely open to the kitchen, dining room, and 20+ft Floor to Ceiling Windows overlooking the Mountains! Amazing Views! You will never want to leave! Beautiful Log Home with ample snow plowed parking. Also includes a Free Gondola Lot Parking Pass! (Huge Value). You can park there and ride the gondola up the mountain for free, walk around town, go skiing, eat, shop, etc... Go Snowshoeing or Hiking directly from the Condo! Old miners trail runs through the property. You are a quick 2 mile drive from the Base at Peak 7, and 8. If you aren't parking, someone can drop you off there, completely avoiding any congested roads -this is a huge plus if you are familiar with the town. It is an easy 4 mile drive to the center of Main St in Breckenridge, where you can park and walk around town, eat at great restaurants, go shopping, get a massage etc.. You will not be disappointed! Comfortably sleeps 12-14 + people (depending on sleeping situations) More pictures to come after Thanksgiving.

We are a family of 4 (2 kids) + dogs, and we love to visit Breck every chance we get. We are in love with the Summers in Breck, but never miss a few weeks of the ski season as well. There is literally something for everyone here. What an amazing town.

Great vacation home for just about anyone.

Jason's home was just as advertised, and he was a pleasure to work with. Our family of six adults and four children, four and younger, was accommodated with ease, thanks to the great room and deck. We enjoyed the decks, with the hot tub, fire pit, furniture, flowers and hummingbirds, and the view was fantastic. The property is well situated to be very convenient to services like groceries, gas and liquor, without having to go all the way into town. A short neighborhood hike to the gondola was a real treat for the young ones. We spent the entire month of August there and I highly recommend this property to anyone.

Charming log cabin with great views

Jason was very responsive to every request. Home has a well-stocked kitchen. Layout is coducive to multi-generation family stay. Hot tub was enjoyed by all. We had a delightful Labor Day weekend family get together.

Guys weekend with family and friends

We had seven guys rent this amazing cabin for Labor Day weekend this year and we absolutely loved our stay there. The Barney Ford Lodge is kept in amazing condition and it fit all of our vacation needs. College football started over the holiday weekend and there are literally TV's in every room which hit the spot for a group of seven males. The amenities hit the spot as we spent a lot of our time in the main living room and the game room located in the basement. The golf course (Breckenridge golf course) and the downtown area are practically walking distance or a very short drive and we were able to enjoy the amazing weather and town of Breckenridge while we were there. Our group was unanimous in saying that we LOVED out time in Breck and the Barney Ford Lodge! We will be coming back and recommending to our families and friends.

Beautiful Home and GREAT communication!

Beautiful home! Our family of 13 had a wonderful stay! Lots of room for kids and adults! The owner was very responsive to all of our needs! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a meal! The balconies were perfect to view the mountains! It was great to sit in the hot tub after a long day of skiing! We had absolutely no problems during our stay and plan to book the house for our yearly trip to Breckenridge! Highly recommend!!

All reviews describing this house are true...this IS a great house! Unfortunately however, our wonderful family vacation ended on a sour note because the homeowner tried to keep 1/2 of our “refundable” damage deposit. This was on top of the non-refundable cleaning fee that we paid with the rental. This homeowner is either unreasonable in his expectations, or he is dishonest, or he employs a dishonest cleaning crew who made outrageous statements and reported huge exaggerations following our departure. We did not damage anything, put everything back in place and left the house in very good condition; trash was taken out and dishes were loaded in the dishwasher as requested. So, be fair warned, while the house is spectacular the homeowner will find reasons to keep your deposit. And if you decide to rent anyway, we strongly recommend you take pictures when you check out!

Owner's Response: Unfortunately this guest is banned from staying at our home in the future. They lied about the number of guests for starters, and had more than the maximum allowed. They brought their own air mattresses to cram more people. On top of that, the neighbors complained about how inconsiderate they were and how they had 8 cars and blocked in the neighbors cars. Finally the cleaning crew said the home was trashed with trash everywhere and furniture out of place. Only $100 out of the deposit for the extra costs billed to me for cleaning was withheld yet they still complained. This was the first and only time I withheld any deposit from a renter thus far. Unfortunately I can't always screen for renters that have respect and class, because they were seriously lacking it. I believe the other reviews can attest to what renters can expect.
