Down the hallway there are 2 bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and the other with a double bed. Both have access via security doors to a shared balcony, making them light and airy.
Further down the hallway is the bathroom off to the right and a large laundry with washer and dryer to the left. At the end of the hallway is the 3rd bedroom with two single beds.
It has a larger than normal lock up garage which is located directly under the unit and is very close to the front door access to the building. The Kingscliff markets are every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month and are just across the road from this unit.
