great location

Location and instructions on how to check in and out were great. T station just feet from the front of the building. The apartment appeared clean however there were a lot of dust bunnies under or behind furniture. The most concerning thing was the inability to get anything other than warm shower water. We didn't use the kitchen since we were visiting family. We thought the cleaning fee was high. I would rent again but only in summer when water temp is not as big a factor

Convenient location. Property needs work.

This apartment is indeed marvelously convenient to the Green Line. The property does need work. The front door was very difficult to lock and unlock. One of the living room chairs was broken, and the thermostat didn't work. We had to regulate the temperature by opening the window.

Very nice apartment. Well located ( only 20 meters from the T train ( 15 minutes to dowtown)

i share the apartment with my wife and my sister. The experience was very good,

The apartnent was very nice, spacius, and with big windows.

It was warm and clean.

If i return to Boston I will chose it again. I will recoment to my friends.

Great property and great location

This property was incredibly nice. Newly renovated and clean. Great neighborhood. Close to Coolidge Corner where you can find shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Easy access across the street to the T, allowing us not needing a rental car at all. We were able to commute to downtown Boston, museums, etc.

I am rating this property with 4 stars, and I recommend that the kitchen utensil be upgraded to better quality (they were more suited for a college dorm) and that the heating pipes be fixed (take the air out of the pipes), so that the noise from the pipes when the heat is on, is either eliminated or reduced to a minimum.

I am sure the Flatbook team will get this resolved. I will return to stay at this property in the near future, and I will be glad to rate it with 5 stars then.

Property was very nice

They property was very nice; very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay there again! Great location! Starbucks and Trader Joes are right there. There is also an international grocery store located steps away from the front door. Many restaurants are nearby.

This was a one bedroom unit with a queen bed ...It was clean and spacious for two people.

Positive things

The unit was clean, stocked with coffee and shampoo which was appreciated. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances, dishes, etc. It is located close to the "T". It is about a 20 minute ride to downtown Boston. FYI...The only close location to purchase a "T" ticket is in the liquor store in the block by the unit. It is within walking distance to a post office and Trader Joes. It has a skyline view of Boston. It is on the 4th floor that is accessed by an elevator. It has a well equipped exercise room on the lobby level.

Negative things

There is no place to park a car. Main street parking is metered for 2-3 hours. There is free parking during the day on side streets but you get a $30 ticket if you park during the night. Public parking is available within walking distance for $10 after 11pm (until 8am) in parking lots (which is very inconvenient if you go to bed before 11, or want to sleep in). 24 hour parking is available for $50/day at a hotel that is within walking distance. Parking is definitely inconvenient and expensive.

The water pipes in the bathroom frequently make a loud "clanging" noise through out the day and night. At night it is especially bothersome.

FYI...There is suppose to be locations for garbage on each floor. We never found it on the 4th floor and brought our garbage to basement containers.

*A light bulb was missing in the bedroom and a dust pan is needed.
