'Forever 'n Nevers' is a charming 'upside down' floor plan home on a quiet road, 1/2 block from Tom Nevers Bluff with beach access stairs. New Pool/Spa/Decks will be added for 2017 Summer. Two master bedrooms and two family bedrooms sleep up to 8 people (maximum). Central air conditioning.
Spacious and bright open second floor with cathedral ceilings and beautiful views of the ocean and moors; living room with fireplace, dining area (seats 8-10), new eat-in kitchen (2011, seats 4), office desk area, and laundry. Many recent renovations listed below.
A second upstairs living room was added in 2014 with, sofa, love seat, two arm chairs, built in desk, 60' Samsung Smart TV and great views of Low Beach, Sankaty Light, sunrises and sunsets.
New Pool/Spa/Decks for 2017
New 14'x26' heated pool and spa with retractable cover for child safety has been built for 2017. Depth is 5' in center 4' on either end of a 26' "swim lane" with no obstructions. Spa, in water wall seating bench, and steps are opposite the "swim lane." Pool is build and scheduled for final pebbletec finish and filling on May 1, 2017

Large decks on the 1st and 2nd floors and the widow's walk will be newly constructed and enlarged with mahogany and cedar construction for Summer 2017.
South shore breezes blow through the second floor.
Widow's walk with 360 degree views, approximately 70' above sea level. From the widow's walk, the ocean views are 190 degrees on Tom Nevers.
Short walk to public beach access stairs.
Enclosed outdoor shower.
Back roads lead to the popular, quiet south shore beaches.

Our family has returned to Forever in Nevers for three consecutive summers and this house never disappoints. The ocean view and breezes from the deck, the quick morning walk down to the beach, the fun walk through the moors to 'Sconset, are just a few of our favorite things to enjoy from this house. The house is well laid out and comfortable. Richard, the owner, couldn't be more helpful and is lovely to work with. We look forward to many more summers here, and now the pool is in. Grab your week now if you can! This house can't be beat!
Awesome family vacation home.... Easy access to a private beach...great views from the surrounding deck....plenty of yard space for kids and games....quiet area....peaceful vacation spot and alll amenties included. Owner really easy to work with and concerned....
The property is very very clean and very comfortable. Easy access to best beach on Nantucket. Kitchen top end appliances and very well stocked with pots, pans etc. Owner very easy to work with. The pictures do not do justice to the house - it really is spectacular. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, games, CDs, Our family felt "at home" immediately. We will return and would definitiely recommned to family and friends The house is more than the listing description in location, views, amenities and comfort. It is a real gem.
Absolutely our favorite place to vacation!! 'Forever N' Nevers' is the perfect base from which to enjoy Nantucket and can easily accommodate a family or a group of friends (we were 7 adults). The house is charming and comfortable with a beautifully re-done modern kitchen and the 'upside down' aspect and wrap-around second story decking allow for full enjoyment of the incredible views of the ocean and moors while BBQ-ing in the evening or enjoying a quiet cup of coffee at sunrise. The hammock and outdoor shower are also a big plus! Tom Nevers itself is a great location as it offers convenient access to all points of interest on the island (Nantucket Town, 'Sconset, Sankaty Head Lighthouse, Great Point, great beaches, bike paths, walking paths, etc.), but the house is located on a quiet dead-end road with little traffic, just a few houses down from the bluff. For us, staying here was the perfect Nantucket experience - we've already booked again for next summer!
The house was beautiful and well maintained. It is so inviting that you just want to stay there forever. The house was very very clean.
The weather was wonderful and with all the big windows and patio doors you were comfortable without using the air conditioner.
It was nice to enjoy the deck where you could just sit back and relax. The location was great,there were not so many people around that you could not relax. If you wanted to go to town it was not that far to travel.
The owners were very nice and thoughtful. They answered all my questions and were truly concerned that we had a wonderful stay.
I would recommend this property to everyone from my best friend to all my relatives.
The owners have flowers all over the property, which makes it even more beautiful. There were even fresh cut flowers when we arrived.
If we travel to Nantucket again, I would definitely stay at 28 Old Tom Nevers Road.

N.B. The damage insurance policy is $5,000 damage insurance policy for $99. The policy is purchased by the travelerr, but issued in the owner's name. It contains other travel benefits for the traveler and can be viewed on the VRBO web site. The refundable security deposit is first loss coverage. The insurance policy is second loss coverage. The owner has never had a damage claim at this property
Payment is due 50% upon signing a contract and 50% six weeks prior to the occupancy date. If the tenants plans change, and the property can be re-rented for the same period, the rent will be refunded. A partial refund will be made if the rate must be discounted. A refundable security deposit of $1,500 is required upon signing a contract. A $99 non-refundable damage insurance premium is required.
