The studio is in a quiet and safe residential area. It is close to everything in Miami Beach and minutes away from many attractions, such as Lincoln Road, Miami Beach Convention Center, and Ocean Drive.
The studio is fully furnished with 1 queen bed, a couch, a 32" flat TV with cable and DVD, and free WiFi. The kitchen has a 4 range stove, a fridge, and a sink. Also, there is a coffemaker, a blender, a toaster, and a microwave. The studio comes with a full shower bathroom equiped with a blow dryer and towels. There is a nice large size closet with mirror sliding doors. I also provide two luggage stands and an iron with an iron board. This is NOT a hotel with room service, a doorman, or frontdesk service. This is a private self-service condo for independent living in South Beach.

The studio is in a residential area 4 blocks from Ocean Drive and South Beach, 6 blocks from Lincoln Road, 1 block from Flamingo Park. There are near by shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, and drugstores.
On Washington Avenue, 2 blocks away from the studio is a bus stop and a bus shuttle for $0.25. If you are coming in from Miami International Airport, there is a bus shuttle to Miami Beach. The bus drops you off on Washington Avenue and 9th street for a $2.50 fee.
Parking passes are available for every night you stay. A person must ask me in advance Thank You.
IMPORTANT make sure you obey the rules and regulations of the beach. Having a parking pass DOES NOT exempt you from any posted parking regulations, yellow safety zones, obstructing sidewalks, nor does it guarantee you a parking space. All posted and public safety regulations must be observed, including restrictions for parking meters.
Parking passes are for the accommodation of short-term visitors only and must be prominently displayed. Failure to display visitor passes may lead to enforcement action, up to and including impoundment. Kindly review the message on the back of your visitor pass. The parking department requests that the intention of the visitor pass program be honored, in order not to jeopardize the program.
