Enjoy some cozy living in our open concept living room/dining room/kitchen in the heart of the city. Our space is located on the top floor with access to a private deck. There is ample free street parking available in front of the unit.
Roscoe Village is truly a gem. There are plenty of restaurants and small shops around the corner from the space. The neighborhoods of Wrigleyville, Lincoln Park and Lakeview are nearby and offer many bars, restaurants and pubs.
My name is Blaine. I was born and raised in the Chicago-land area. I bought this place in Roscoe Village so I could experience all that Chicago has to offer. I am an educator, author, and musician.
Blaine Kosek purchased this condo in 2006
This modern apartment has a cozy feel and it is conveniently located in the heart of the city.
The unit is located on the top floor and the two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the space. Wifi is available.
Very comfortable. Owner very helpful and accessible. Loved the surrounding area. Finding a parking space was a little tough, but that could have been because of the Cubs frenzy that weekend. Would definitely choose this place again.
great neighborhood, great care in the property. $15 Uber ride to downtown.
Blaine was responsive and the directions were clear for rental and arrival. The place was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to rent this property again in the future.
Blaine was very accommodating as we did not arrive until really late on Friday night. Parking was easy and many places to go around the area.
We had a fantastic stay at this well appointed condo. We stayed for a 2 nights with another couple while attending a concert at Wrigley Field. The location could not have been better. We chose to explore the surrounding neighborhood rather than the hustle and bustle of Wrigleyville. Lots of great places to eat and drink in Roscoe Village. We especially liked the deck off the back and the comfortable common areas. Blaine was very accessible and helpful and even had a bottle of wine for us when we checked in. Parking was a breeze, we had a spot on the street right out front upon arrival. Overall we'd definitely stay here again anytime we visit Chicago.
We have a washer and dryer in our unit.
