This is a beautiful two level town-home - 1648 sq. feet. Built just a few years ago...with all of the upgrades...and it is newly furnished.
There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed, and the second and third rooms have Queen-size beds. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bath with the second and third bedrooms sharing a bathroom. There is a convenient half-bath on the main floor.
The town-home is fully furnished, with all large and small appliances, utensils, linens, and conveniences - making this home away from home.
The family room has a 60” Hi-Def flat screen TV and the second and third Bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs and DVD players. The home has load of HD Digital channels, plus high-speed internet (both Wireless and Cable modem) so you can use your favorite streaming service.
Because the Las Vegas heat is so intense during the summer months - we have an attached two car garage for your convenience.
There is a washer and dryer on the main floor laundry room...located just as you enter the home from the garage.
We have a resort-style pool and hot tub located just steps from your front door! (directly across the street from the town-home)
The property is located just a half mile from Interstate I-215 which provides you quick, direct access to the airport, the Strip, or the Convention Center. Additionally there is shopping, many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. all within minutes of our property.
World Series Of Poker participants have enjoyed using our home as a welcome respite from the exciting and sometimes tense tournaments. Our condo has provided WSOP Housing for the last 4 years.
Or if you're a snow bird escaping winter a travelling nurse, relocating to Las Vegas or disaster relief housing just bring your clothes and personal items you'll find most everything you're likely to need in the property. All the conveniences and comforts of home!

This spacious 3 bedroom home has granite counter tops, wonderfully finished kitchen cabinets and is a convenient 10 minutes to the strip and airport. With restaurants 5 minutes away. I can be at the pool in a minute. It was really hard to find a comparable property in the best location in Las Vegas. After viewing countless other properties we knew this was going to be ours.
With its less than 10 minute drive to the strip, easy access to I-215 and I-15 and a mile from grocery and restaurants this beautiful home has most everything but room service.
We enjoyed staying at this very nice condo. If we were to visit Las Vegas again we'd call on this condo before any other. The condo was in great shape the owner easy to deal with and value for money exceptional.
This was a very good rental experience. The property was just as advertised. The home was well appointed
with comfortable furnishings, Netflix was an added bonus. The owner was exceptional, very helpful and responsive to all our query's. We had a couple of very minor problems that were resolved very quickly by the caretakers. We certainly would rent this unit again if we returned to Las Vegas
PROPERTY: My wife and I were fortunate enough to stay at this property very recently. The condo is very large featuring a two car garage and a nice patio. In addition the beds are comfortable, the furnishings are quality, and the property is meticulously maintained!
OWNER: The owner was terrific in providing all the information we needed to secure the stay, including responding to our initial inquiries and answering a few follow-up questions once we arrived. He even offered dining and show recommendations as well as travel tips for our stay!
LOCATION: The location is convenient to both McCarran International, the Strip, and Downtown. The condo sits in a very nice development just south of 215 at Jones. This makes for easy access to both 215 and 15. Accordingly, you are just minutes from everything Las Vegas!
ADVICE: The area in/around the association is building up nicely. Within walking distance are: To the east is a Starbucks, retail, etc. To the south is a small market, Subway, 2-3 nice Asian restaurants (good sushi), and a bar and grill (Lucky's). Both shopping centers are a very nice complement to the property itself.
RECOMMEND: I would overwhelmingly recommend this property to anyone staying at length in the Las Vegas area!!
What a wonderful experience. This property is comfortable, clean, well maintained, close to everything and a welcoming place to come home to after a long day. The management is extremely professional and knowledgeable while also being friendly and helpful. The 'extras' like the pool, hot tub and the security of a gated community make it all the more appealing.
My stay at this property was a dream come true! From the tile floors throughout the downstairs to the luxurious glass walk in the shower in the master bathroom. The open floorplan was so inviting and comfortable I regretted not entertaining guests more often. The property ozzed character with granite countertops, stainless appliances and wrought iron banistes. The furnishings and decor were first class. With full laundry facilities located in the property the utility portion of my stay was made quick and painless. Cooking in the property was another pleasurable experience having a gas cooktop and oven with warming drawer and a microwave oven along with more small appliances than I knew what to do with , heaven! The property being located within a gated community and having a two car garage gave me an incredible sense of security whether I was inside of the property or enjoying the immaculately kept grounds of the community and partaking of the numerous amenities offered. The property management team is second to none and I can't even begin to express how impressed I am with the personal and profesional manner in which they exceeded each and every one of my vacation rental needs. Thank you! I will not think twice when considering my choice for my next vacation rental needs. You have my loyalty and graduated.
This couldn’t have been easier. Mike was easy to work with and the home was better than described. I'd recommend this for any extended stay. Would definitely come back.
