It's only 5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Old Town and Main Street Park City. Just 35 minutes from the SLC airport, and less than one mile off interstate 80, Bear Hollow is one of Park City's most convenient and desirable locations. In the shadows of Utah Olympic Park and The Canyons, this home provides an ideal setting. Access is great regardless of snow conditions.

North Point Lodge is a beautiful, single-family home, perfect for your getaway! With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for 17-19 people (no more than 15 adults). At 2700 square feet, you’re sure to enjoy your time with friends or family. Built in 1999, this home underwent a complete remodel in 2014. It is set up perfectly with new carpet, new paint, new furnishings and plenty of open space.

The main level features an upgraded, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances for all your cooking and dining needs. There are pots/pans, a toaster, coffee pot, blender, rice cooker, crock pot, hand mixer and enough dishes/utensils for 30 people. Between the upstairs dining room and the downstairs, there’s seating for 19 people. Just off the kitchen, there’s a private deck (with amazing views of the valley) and a gas BBQ for fun grilling.

The main floor living room features a 55” HD TV with DVR, Netflix, HBO-Go and an Xbox and Nintendo Wii. The gas fireplace will keep you warm during cold, winter nights. There’s a Queen sleeper sofa as well. You’ll also find a main floor bedroom with a Queen bed, 32’ HD TV and detached full bathroom. There’s also a full laundry room with a high-efficiency washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Upstairs, you’ll find two Master suites! Each bedroom features a King-sized bed, 32” HD TV and attached full bathroom. One of the Master bedrooms has a nice gas fireplace and private deck (with beautiful views of the ski resorts) as well. All beds have luxurious, hotel-quality sheets for comfortable sleeping.

On the lower level, you’ll find an additional fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with radiant heat floors. There’s even another full laundry room with a high-efficiency washer and dryer. No need to haul laundry up and down the stairs!

There’s also a family room with another 55” HD TV. Both living room televisions feature Comcast Cable and all televisions offer Netflix. There’s another Queen sleeper sofa and Twin sleeper sofa in the family room as well.

Downstairs also features an en suite bunk room. Two Queen-over-Queen bunk beds (with 2000 pound weight capacity for the top bunks) provide sleeping for eight. There’s a 32” HD TV in this room as well. Having an attached full bathroom is also really convenient.

Just off the family room, there’s a patio with a private hot tub. Relax on cool summer nights or cold winter evenings. The home also has lots of games for family play and wireless Comcast internet. The owners have chosen to provide shampoo, conditioner and bathrobes in each bathroom.

This home has full heating and ceiling fans. In the spring of 2016, the owners will also be installing central air-conditioning for comfort during the summers.

Bringing small children? There’s a Pack-n-Play, booster seat , safety gate and outlet covers for their safety.

A two-car garage (with two additional parking spaces in front of the garage) provides plenty of parking for vehicles. The HOA of the community provides snow removal during the winter months.

In addition to all the amazing features of this fantastic home, you’ll also have full access to the Bear Hollow Clubhouse with your stay. A Pool (in the summer season), additional hot tub, fitness center, kitchen/dining and office are available there.

Enjoyable Stay

While there were a few minor issues, we had an enjoyable stay and will consider the property again in the future. This is our first HomeAway review and it’s frustrating that you are limited in review space. That said, it is worth reading the other reviews for a bigger picture of the property.

The pictures have a tendency to make it look like there is lots of space around the home, but you are pretty packed in with the neighbors. Though the view from the back of the house is open and makes for beautiful sunrises.

Off street parking is available in front of the home including a garage with openers provided. Around the corner there is "on street" parking available.

Kimberly and Heather were great to work with providing all of the info necessary for quick and efficient check in and check out. There was a gift box with pancake mix and syrup for our use when we arrived.

Minor negatives: Overflowing garbage cans (and smell) in the garage. Following an email to Kimberly, two housekeepers arrived and hauled off a few bags of garbage but we were still left with minimal garbage can space.

The ice maker in the refrigerator does not work. Not a big deal, but of note.

The single A/C unit doesn't have the capability to cool the whole house very quickly so in the early evening we opened the windows and the cool mountain breeze cooled the house quickly. From that point forward the A/C was not an issue.

The descriptions of the house are accurate and we had everything we needed as far as utensils, bedding, etc.

Our family of 15 slept comfortably with a couple of kids on sofa sleepers. We will consider the property again in the future.

There's also a queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper sofa on the main level in the living room. They share a full bathroom on the main level. Downstairs there's a large bedroom with two queen-over-queen bunks (sleeping for eight) and an en suite bathroom. This bedroom also has it's own laundry room, living room and kitchen.
