The top level of this Wollongong holiday house has been made available for you to enjoy your next escape. Just 2 doors back from Sharkies beach, this location is hard to beat.
There is an open plan lounge and dining room along with the original kitchen. Leading from the lounge area is a wrap around verandah which is generous in size - a great spot to take in views of the beach whilst cooking on the BBQ.
There are 3 bedrooms: main with ensuite bathroom plus a separate sitting area with a futon bed, allowing you to accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. The main bathroom features a bath/shower combined and also a washing machine for your use.
Best of all is the location being so close to the water and a short stroll away from Coledale's rock pools, Chedo's cafe, the RSL and great takeaway shops. Plus if you are staying on the 4th Sunday of the month - why not check out the markets!!
All linen is included (Except beach towels).
THINGS TO KNOW
This property is a large house that has been spilt into two. There is a permanent tenant who lives at the bottom. All access to driveway, gardens and amenities is all separate.
The property is pet friendly with a large backyard. However the back yard is not fenced - the deck is fence and suitable for smaller dogs.
