We are a middle age couple who started a vacation business with 2 properties in Myrtle Beach over 10 years ago. We enjoyed the business because we provided many families happy and memorable vacation. We started to add to our business and bought more units in that area. We really love Myrtle Beach and the things this city offers for a memorable vacation so we continue to add to our condos there. At this time we have 16 condos in Myrtle Beach. We are very proud of our services and the vacation experience we give our customers.

What makes this Condo unique
The sound and view of the Ocean is beautiful, peaceful and awesome especially when the sun rises in the morning. It doesn't feel like a hotel room with the way we finished the unit yet you will feel that you are on a real vacation when you are staying there. Its peaceful yet there are so many things to do. The swimming pools are just great and fun for the family and you will find they clean and well maintained. You have to go there to believe it.

To Myrtle Beach. We loved the beach, the condo, all of it. Great experience!
We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was with the parking passes and not knowing only two were for the garage. We did not know the location of the overflow parking. Suggest instructions be included for future guests.
Decent but in need of some updates
Owner was very diligent and responded quickly to messages. That being said, we would suggest that this unit be deep cleaned and new mattresses purchased for all beds, including the sofa bed which was heavily stained-so much that our 15yo son didn’t want to sleep on it. Owner will say that we checked in too early and cleaning crew didn’t have time to clean properly. We requested a 2:30 check-in. A family member did stop by the unit at 12:00 (noon) to check out the area and cleaning crew stated to come back at 1:30. They did not rush the cleaning crew whatsoever or ask for any earlier than 2:30. Our children’s feet were black (not gray) after walking around the unit. I can’t imagine that the previous guests created that much dirt during their stay-owner did offer to send cleaning crew back but we had already bought our own mop to redo the floors which helped but, again, these floors need a deep clean. Bed linens could use an updating as well. We found ourselves using our own blankets to supplement as their linens were thin and not comfortable. Mattresses were not comfortable either. I realize this isn’t home but we had stayed at a hotel on the way to the beach and those bed linens and mattresses were much more comfortable and plush. I also realize this sounds like a lot of negativity but I don’t want a future renter to be disappointed either. We don’t need high end but we do expect clean and comfortable. Grand Atlantic is a nice resort and I personally would book directly through them the next time. I called the hotel desk while there and a unit like ours would have been $370 cheaper for the week and we would have had clean towels daily, maid service, and trash removal.

Our stay in Myrtle Beach was wonderful. The Unit at Grand Atlantic was more than I had expected. I was impressed with the spaciousness, cleanliness and location. We were pleased with the attention the owners , Rufia and her husband gave us. We definitely would stay here again when planning a family trip to Myrtle Beach.
