This is a well-appointed single level, 2-bedroom with full en-suites, end unit townhome situated in a private setting within the quiet gated community of Silver Sands. It is newly-furnished and updated throughout as of February 2012. Our home is situated in a private and quiet area of the complex.
The living room has a very comfortable leather sectional to relax on as you watch the 55 - inch TV. A gas fireplace will keep you warm and toasty on those occasional cool desert nights. The vaulted ceilings and many windows create a bright and spacious feeling. Entertain family or friends around the dining room table that comfortably seats six.
The kitchen has all new LG stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for all your needs.
The well-appointed modern bedrooms are similarly decorated and ready for you to retreat into after your day of tennis or golf. Sink into the inviting sumptuous mattress of either the Cal-king bed of the “Master Suite” or the queen size bed in the second bedroom. The bedrooms feature rich, dark wood furniture, high quality linens, and a 37- inch TV. Double sindsfluffy towels in the en-suite.
Enjoy your morning coffee in the large courtyard sitting on the deep cushioned outdoor couch. There are also two chairs, footstools and a coffee table for your enjoyment. The second courtyard is perfect for your outdoor dining with a patio umbrella table (seats 6), plus another couch and chairs, BBQ area – all surrounded by desert landscaping and accent lighting.
Three pools and hot tubs (15 onsite) are just a few steps away. Sip your poolside drinks and enjoy the fantastic views of Mt. San Jacinto and the Santa Rosa mountains. The tennis complex has 8 courts, a club house & tennis pro on site from October through May. There is no cost to tenants to play tennis and lessons are available from the Silver Sands tennis pro for a fee. There is also a gym at the Club House. Marriott's Desert Springs Golf Course is adjacent to the complex.

The owners were great. Silver Sands is a very welcoming community. I met many people at the pool and at the tennis socials. The unit was very well-stocked. All new furniture and beds. Almost 100% renovated. The outdoor patio was terrific with lovely views of the mountains. The unit is filled with light which is a real bonus-no need for lights until it gets dark.
This felt like home away from home the moment we walked in the door. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was extremely comfortable and it was a quiet home and community.
The home was clean, well-maintained with all new furniture and appliances. The outdoor patio was fantastic for enjoying happy hour with friends. The listing description and photos accurately reflect this property.
This community has great pools and tennis courts, and is great for daily walks. It is close to many attractions and restaurants, such as the River, Living Desert and Westfield Mall. Make sure to check out Papa Dan's on Country Club if you like pizza or pasta.
I would definitely recommend this property - you will not be disappointed.
Location, Location, Location - This place has it. Golf, tennis, restaurants and shopping, easy access to freeways. Very quiet and very private with an enclosed yard and two furnished patio's. The owner's have recently renovated and the home has all new appliances and furniture. The home and gardens are both beautifully appointed. Owners are very helpfpul in responding to any questions. I highly recommend. I would definitely come back.

This is a very pleasantly updated condo. The location is close to everything; el paseo, the river, etc.
Very beautifully landscaped and maintened development.
