Rock Creek Park is also right across the street with miles of hiking, biking and running trails.

The apartment is centrally located in Georgetown and Washington DC so it is easy to get to everything -- either on foot, via the metro or bus or by cab. It's an easy walk to most of the sights in DC, yet set right in the village of Georgetown with great shopping and restaurants nearby.
The apartment is very comfortably laid out and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The parking spot in back makes it easy to park if you have a car and the private patio give you space to relax. Inside, the apartment is nicely laid out with a wonderful open kitchen/living/dining area and bedroom.
I was fortunate enough to find this beautiful apartment for an extended stay in DC during the fall/winter of 2016. It is between Dupont Circle and Wisconson Avenue in Georgetown - which proved to be a VERY desirable location. As a single woman, I wanted to be in a neighborhood where I felt safe and comfortable, with easy access to public transportation. Being from a more rural area, I also liked the idea of having a park close by. I'm not sure I could have found a place that was more perfect. The owner was always very responsive and very easy to work with and the amenities were all of the highest quality. The neighbors were respectful and welcoming and it was just a real pleasure all the way around. I saw all of the DC sights with ease and experienced some very fine local eateries. There was even a small movie theater within walking distance. I had grown to love the area and really didn't want to leave when the time came. I would highly recommend this apartment for a single person or couple - it is quite cozy and comfortable.

The kitchen is well stocked, but there is not much counter space. We found it sufficient, though, for preparing breakfast, lunch, and simple dinners.
We were very happy with this unit, and would stay here again when in the area.
I needed a place to stay during a training for the federal government. Because of the constraints of government travel, I had to make the reservation in a certain way. In trying to make the transaction go through, there were several difficulties along the way, but John was incredibly responsive and found a way to make it work. The apartment itself was charming, supremely appointed, and the bed was super comfortable. Someone checked out the same day as my arrival so the cleaning staff was a bit rushed. I pointed out a few minor cleanliness issues to John and he responded immediately and appropriately. The location is wonderful and walking distance to everything. Based upon the way John handled the whole thing, the lovely apartment, and the location, I feel as though this apartment deserves nothing less than 5 stars.
During the winter my husband and I often rent an apartment for a month or so near our daughter's home in Georgetown. Of all the places we've stayed, this was by far the most charming, comfortable, and convenient of all. It is exactly as John described in his listing, and he was a pleasure working with who obviously takes great pride in his building. We obviously highly recommend this apartment.
The location is very convenient to all places in DC. Layout was great in the apartment with all new furniture, newly remodeled, garage parking and new accessories! Was turn key with everything you would need for a stay no matter how short or how long. The owner was accessible and very timely in responding to any need. The property is well maintained. Walkable to many restaurants and places, across the street from a park (Rock Creek/Rose Park). Overall great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting within DC or out of town!
