First class accomodations!!
I was fortunate enough to find this beautiful apartment for an extended stay in DC during the fall/winter of 2016. It is between Dupont Circle and Wisconson Avenue in Georgetown - which proved to be a VERY desirable location. As a single woman, I wanted to be in a neighborhood where I felt safe and comfortable, with easy access to public transportation. Being from a more rural area, I also liked the idea of having a park close by. I'm not sure I could have found a place that was more perfect. The owner was always very responsive and very easy to work with and the amenities were all of the highest quality. The neighbors were respectful and welcoming and it was just a real pleasure all the way around. I saw all of the DC sights with ease and experienced some very fine local eateries. There was even a small movie theater within walking distance. I had grown to love the area and really didn't want to leave when the time came. I would highly recommend this apartment for a single person or couple - it is quite cozy and comfortable.
Dee Dee, I am so glad you enjoyed your stay at the apartment. It was a pleasure having you as a guest and I would welcome you back again anytime! John
Every detail was well thought out. So clean and inviting! John is a nice man and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.
All You Need in D.C.
The property is clean, well located, and extremely well furnished. There aren't too many rental properties that feature a $300 toaster and a brand new Le Creuset Dutch oven! The owner makes himself easy to reach, and he is anxious to assist should any need arise. My only complaint would be that the television should have cable; they offered channels are somewhat limited. The Sonos speaker, is a nice touch that lets the renter chill to his favorite music.
This place is perfect in so many ways. The location is great, quick walk to the metro, shops and the park. Enjoyed sitting by the fire in the evenings and the neighborhood and architecture could not have been more charming. We had our 7 year old with us and having a park right across the street was a welcome addition. Next time we’ll stay longer!
Hi Diane, so glad you all had such a fun time at the apartment and at Rose Park, it’s nice to be close to everything but have lots of green space in the city. We would love to host you next time you come to DC. Best, John.
Great location. Very cute.
Visiting our kid at Georgetown.
Hosted a big breakfast for 12 comfortably. Small kitchen but had everything we needed.
Would definitely book again!
