About owner/property manager

Avid foodies, music lovers, artists, hikers, and peace seekers, we have lovingingly made our 1950's ranch home into a true sanctuary and retreat spot. We both love Columbia and enjoy spending time in the District at the local shops, eateries, and local pubs.

What makes this apartment unique

Lovely private and wooded covered patio and another patio located in the side yard with gas firepit. We consider Sam, the lil' black kitty, a benefit to your stay as well, unless you have allergies, and then he would probably not be your type.

Perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

This was the perfect fit for myself and my two teenagers in town to watch the eclipse. Located five minutes from downtown and a lot of wonderful restaurants and shopping. We had a great time exploring the city. The owners were very welcoming and helpful.

Very quite, clean and comfortable hidden gem

  • 5 of 5

I totally recommend this apartment. I went to Columbia for get away and do some thinking. this place was exactly what I needed. Located in a quite neighborhood and very safe location for those that are concerned about safety of their vehicle and/or self. Even though this is in the bottom of the same house as the owners you are totally private here. You have a great place to sit outside where you are looking at the woods and watching the birds and squirrels. It's lit up at night with a string of lights that really sets the mood outside. They also have a fire pit for you to use if you want. Inside, is very cozy, and clean. The bed is a tempurpedic mattress and is very comfortable. There is a small table top refrigerator that works out well. They do have a cat that like the description says... if you are not a cat person or are allergic then this is not the place for you. The cat is very friendly and personable and treats you like he belongs to you. Over all this is a great place to stay

Good location!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I spent 4 days in Columbia during which we stayed at Audra's. The apartment is well-located and it was easy to drive to everything. The apartment is a fine size for two people and provided us a nice home-base during our visit.

Cute place. Glad we chose this place rather than a hotel.

Cute, artsy kinda place. Outdoor sitting areas and gas fire pit were great. Had some issues initially with the lock but the owner left us some excellent craft beer to make up for it.

The cat was hysterical. Could open doors. As friendly as any dog. We had a great stay.

Very quiet hideaway that gave us great location to the campus and activies.

Homeaway was a little slow on information to very nervous travelers, but it all ended well. We enjoyed our stay and the home was a good selection for us. A small t.v. would have helped us keep up on world events as we spent most of our time at the wrestling tournament at the college. Clean and quiet and would be fun in the spring and fall with the outdoor fire ring and seating. Owners were very helpful when we first arrived as to restaurants and distances to locations. Very private and cozy. Thank you so much ladies

Owner's Response: Thanks so much, Marge. We enjoyed having you all and most definitely will look into abutting a t.v. in the space! That's a great idea and I'm sure other people would enjoy it as well. Thanks for the review and hope to see you all again in the future.
