Oscar was a great host. The downtown Condo is beautiful, very clean, very well maintained, and very quiet. Perfect location.
The building is first class, with the underground secure parking.

Me and my Girlfriend both had an amazing time staying at Oscar's Condo.
It was brilliantly located in the trendy Eau Claire part of Calgary, near the Bow River and Princes Island Park, as well as loads of excellent places to eat.
Oscar met us on arrival and showed us around the Condo, which was even better than it appeared in the pictures. He also left us some cans of coke and plenty of food in the cupboards in case we wanted to make any meals.
The building was amazing, with a common room, pool table, garden, gym and sauna , as well as 24hr concierge.
Oscar provided excellent customer service, emailing after a couple of days to check if everything was going okay.
Overall it was a fantastic 5 days and we would be happy to stay there again!

Oscar's condo was an ideal place for us to stay. The building was right beside Eau Claire (downtown) with easy access to the bike paths, restaurants and entertainment venues. The building was well kept with a great work out area. The underground secure parking and 24 hour concierge made the property a 5 star.
The condo was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again when in Calgary.
Oscar was a great host and all went as promised. The Condo is exactly as advertised. Super clean, Perfect location. Hated to leave .... I would recommend this property ..... I will be back :)
The Waterfront Building is absolutely first class! The building itself is secure and very quiet,, as is the underground parkade. The 24-hour concierge is certainly a bonus. Our condo was beautiful, extremely clean, very well maintained, and very, very quiet. We could have used a toaster and a few cooking pots, but other than that the condo was very well supplied. The other tennants in the building were very friendly. The listing description was very accurate, as were the pictures of the condo. The gym in the building was fantastic as was the hot pool, and the movie theater across the street was a bonus! . The manager provided excellent customer service. I would recommend this property to anyone :)
