This unit sleeps 4 adults and 2 children with 2 queen beds, and 1 set of bunk beds - great for a young family. This peaceful cottage is across the road from the popular Avoca lake & beach and 100m to the cafes and shops of Avoca Village.

It has an enclosed front yard for the children to play in while you relax on the large undercover front porch complete with Webber gas BBQ and outdoor dining table.

Park the car in the undercover carport & leave it there for the duration of your stay as you areacross the road from Avoca beach and very close to shops and cafes, tennis courts and paddle boat hire.

Step back in time at the award winning, characterfilled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique 'indies films' to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis at the tennis courts or hire a SUP or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

Avoca Beachside Markets is held 4th Sunday of each month from 9am - 2pm at Heazlett Park Foreshore with the picturesque backdrop of Avoca Beach.
