Luxury villa close to golf courses and beaches with fantastic views

Mi Sueno is a fantastic 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa with large private pool. Set on a small estate of individually designed two and three bedroom villas - Mi Sueno has a lovely position backing onto mountains with good sea views.

On entering the villa you come into the lounge area where there is a dining table and chairs and comfortable sofas - one of which is a sofa bed thus sleeping an extra two persons. The lounge is complete with TV (Spanish channels only) and DVD player. There are double patio doors leading from the lounge onto a pretty tiled terrace overlooking the beautiful pool. Back in the villa the kitchen area is well equipped with oven/hob/extractor fan, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washing machine that is situated outside in the utility area. There are two bedrooms with the master bedroom housing an ensuite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. The twin bedroom has two single beds and built in wardrobe. There is also a family bathroom

Optional Extras: Welcome food packs can be arranged with us in case your flight gets in late, we can discuss this when you have your flight times.

Golf courses: 5 minutes drive to new Mundo Aguilon Golf Course set in the mountains above Terreros ( we can get you discount here) and within 30 mins drive are Valle de este 25KM Desert Springs Resort 25KM Marina Mojacar 35KM Cortijo Grande 40KM

Other Activities: Granada is only 3 hours drive so in the winter you can combine the winter sun one day and the and the ski slopes the next.

We stayed at Villa Mi Sueno in August and had a lovely time. We are a family of 4 with 2 young children. The Villa itself is very well located, the pool area and garden is very private with lovely views at the back. It was spotlessly clean and the manager Carol that met us was very pleasant and most helpful. The Villa was very well equipped and very comfortable and spacious. The pool is lovely and nice to swim in. At night we could sit out and turn on the pool lights and have a quiet drink. We wanted a relaxing holiday and we spent time just sitting around the pool and having BBQ’s, it was very peaceful. In the evenings there are a number of good local restaurants to choose from and lots of bars. We had a car and we visited Mojacar which is well worth a visit as it is very beautiful. The nearby Village of Aguilas also has a lot to offer and is worth a visit. The local beach that we went to is beautiful, especially if you have children as we do as there are some gorgeous warm shallow waters in the cove. It is very safe as it is shallow for a long way out. We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday, would recommend the Villa and hope to return.

ADEQUATE

Some clear good points, spotlessly clean upon arrival, great shower in en-suite, a really beautiful pool and good info prior to our stay which meant we found the house easily.

However, attention to detail was disappointing. One of the patio chairs was broken, it had been replaced but then not removed, so was just put to the pool side and left. The sun umbrella over the table had a broken handle so was difficult to put up and down, and didn't fit the table so was wedged in with a piece of cardboard to stop it rocking! The fridge door didn't close properly and the washing machine was ancient and the door stuck shut sometimes!

The kitchen was adequately stocked, but only just, and again there were 2 drawers which mainly held broken knives, corkscrews etc.

I wouldn't recommend paying to use towels provided, they were poor quality and needed washing every day to stay fresh, take your own.

The sky tv simply didn't work, however, as it wasn't a priority for us, we only mentioned it as we left so it is possible this could have been sorted if we had requested.

The house is on a residential estate which is well lit and secure, possibly to a worrying degree, there were 6 locking mechanisms on the patio door alone, I did ask upon arrival whether there was a problem with crime but told there wasn't, however the property manager pointed out that this was one of the only houses they manage without a safe!

Be aware too that electricity is paid for at the end of your stay. We were really careful with the air conditioning, house lights and never had the tv on but it was still 53 euro!

All that aside, the local beaches are amazing, we enjoyed spending the morning on the beach, then a lovely lunch of fresh grilled sardines and bread at one of the many beach bars o cool down.Tthe sunday market a real pleasure with so much fresh fruit and veg really cheaply available. We stocked up and enjoyed lots of bbq's late in the evening by the pool side. The local people were unfailingly friendly and helpful, particularly if a little Spanish is attempted.

Go Karting at Garrucha was great for our teenage sons, and Old Mojacar town a must in the evening for a wander round the town and a meal (try to stay away from the restaurants on the square, there are much nicer ones if you venture into the side streets and take a look)

Overall, a lovely holiday with the house fairly priced for what you get; just don't expect luxury,

Highly Recommended for short & long stay.

We stayed in this villa for several months when we first moved to Spain and found it ideal for short or longer stays. It is on a quieter part of the development backing onto the countryside. From the roof terrace we had views of both the sea and the mountains and it is a lovely place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun set.

This villa is very private with a lovely pool which is perfect for cooling off on a hot summers day. We found the villa to be very well equipped and with English TV and a DVD player we were able to keep up to date with our favourite programs.

Within a couple of minutes walk is Annie’s Bistro, a small friendly bar run by Annika and Danny where they do ‘Menu del Días’ for €7.50 and a day-time menu upto about 7.00pm. The bar is open until midnight so after an evening out it is a nice stopping off place for a night-cap.

Down in the village there are several bars and restaurants to enjoy, along with a lovely Chiringuita on the beach cove behind the Hypermarket.

The Hypermarket stocks everything you could need for a holiday from a wide range of foods, toiletries, beach items in case you have forgotten anything and more. The main beach has a new promenade running the full length with Chiringuita’s where you can have a break from the sun and have a drink and something to eat.

San Juan de los Terreros is a lovely Spanish resort and this villa is an ideal place to stay while experiencing the area.

My wife and I stayed in this Villa and found it charming. Its location is lovely as it sits backing onto the mountains so the views are beautiful and we enjoyed lovely walks there. The Villa itself is very well equiped and has a nice homely feeling to it. The pool is a nice size and in the summer I would think it will be of great benefit! Overall a very pleasent stay and certainly value for money. I would recommend this Villa.

Keukengerei onvoldoende.

Woning oke maar meubelen en terrasmeubelen vuil , onvoldoende en niet volledig. Koffiezet zeer vuil en kookgerei van slechte kwaliteit. Zwembad oke.

Service agentschap was oke. Opletten met verbruik elektriciteit

Afstand locatie naar strand is niet correct, was zeker halfuur te voet naar het strand.

Woning is niet aanbeveelbaar voor vrienden of familie. TV is zeker 35 jaar oud.

Woning was niet goed onderhouden. Bedden oke. Tafel in woning zelf gerepareerd.

falta de limpieza, la piscina un desastre en cuanto a limpieza del fondo dado que no hay goma para el limpiafondos, los colchones ya les toca cambio asi como la vajilla, y el aire acondicionado del salon ya que pagamos la parte del recibo que segun ustedes me corresponde que por lo menos funciones. en fin NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE Y MENOS A MI FAMILIA
