Perfect location to everything the island has to offer. The back garden of this large comfortable holiday home opens on to the Golf Course. This house is suitable for large family groups.
This lovely property is located in a pretty and secluded part of Cowes, backing directly on to the Phillip Island Golf Course and situated in a quiet court. A short walk to Cowes front beach and local shops/cafes and restaurants. It is also withinwalking distance to the local park, football oval and tennis courts, that can be hired all year round.
This property is fantastic for two or three families wanting to staytogether, offering a newly renovated kitchen, perfect for entertainingand cooking up a feast. There is also a smaller kitchen downstairs with sink, microwave and fridge but no oven or hotplates alternatively there is electric fry pan, standalone electric hotplates and access to gas bbq.
All bedrooms are a good size with plenty of cupboard space. Both upstairs and downstairs offer large living areas with TV and DVD player allowing the kids to have their own space while the parents can relax in their own living area.
The laundry is downstairs with washing machine, Dryer, Ironing Board and Iron.
There is portable electric heating in the bottom section of the house.
Set on a large block with a lovely garden which opens on to the Golf Course please note there is no fence in the backyard, although the area directly below the house, at the front is fully fenced.
The house itself is on two levels with no internal access.
The deck upstairs off the lounge/kitchen is a generous size, perfect for enjoying the warmer months sitting outside with a gas bbq and outdoor setting, there is also second outdoor setting in the back garden.
The Bottom section of the house is available for smaller bookings (4 bedrooms consisting 1 Double / 1 Double / 1 Bunk / 1 Bunk) The downstairs is perfect for family bookings of 8 guests. Please let us know if you wish to book just downstairs.

Premium $2800 min 7 nights
High: $2200 for 7 nights or $350 per night (min 2 nights)
Med: $2000 for 7 nights or $350 per night (min 2 nights)
Low: $1800 for 7 nights or $350 per night(min 2 nights)
Easter: $1800 for 7 nights or $450 per night min 4 nights.
As mentioned, upstairs boasts a gorgeous new renovated kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher, large fridge and great sized granite bench top for preparing your meals. Those that love to cook and entertain will not be disappointed. Upstairs also has a split system for heating and cooling.
