This is a lovely executive fully furnished semi-detached home located at one of the largest green spaces in Ottawa and across the street from the Experimental Farm leading to the Civic Hospital (Westboro). Public transit is across the street (7 min. to downtown).
This location is approximately 7 km to Downtown Ottawa (Parliament Hill) and has easy access to bicycle and walking paths that lead directly to Dow's Lake, Little Italy, and Chinatown. Westboro and Wellington Village are a five minute drive away.
Trent Street is also located close to Algonquin College and an easy commute to Carleton University. This neighborhood has transit across the street and is quite central and within 5 minute drive to Loblaws, (grocery store) Goodlife Fitness (Gym), Shoppers Drug Mart (pharmacy), Starbucks (Café), various restaurants and other shops and a five minute public transit ride to Westboro and Wellington Village.
Trent Street is a 1,800 square foot property with three queen size bedrooms, two full bathrooms each with a soaker tub, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and office/den with access to a patio, lovely gardens and fire pit area.
This property has hardwood floors on the main level and bedrooms, with brand new wool carpeting in the lower level den area. This is a bright and freshly painted property, which has been completely outfifitd to accommodate a professional, couple or small family. Well-trained family pets will be considered upon review.

The property is tastefully furnished and well equipped. The owner was thoughtful, ensuring the snow was cleared for our arrival. Also able to accommodate our late arrival. We recommend this property.
This is a perfect home away from home with all amenities. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking/baking and the living room is spacious with a nice TV.
The beds are very comfortable memory foam and the linens/towels are very high quality.
The location is amazing! Access to the Ottawa Bike Paths is right across the street and you are close to all areas of the city.
We loved our stay here with our 2 kids and dog. The owners are attentive and welcoming.

Well positionned in Ottawa, close to commercial centers, and parks. A lot of trees in the street and all around! Lots of rooms. The girls had their own room! Beautiful kitchen and salon. Nice downstair and also another bathroom! All the matteress are very comfortables. The house is very well soundproofed. And the owners are very lovely, kinds people. We really appreciate this house during our holiday.
We would definitely recommend this place to those who are looking to stay not far from downtown Ottawa. The place was super clean, with great attention to detail (high quality bedding, for example) making for a comfortable stay. All beds were of high quality. The owners appreciate that people keep their shoes off in the house, which we personally liked because it helped towards the cleanliness of the place.
We loved our stay in this home....very comfortable with a nice easy layout. Everything worked! Stove, fridge and dishwasher...all very good appliances. Lights all worked as did keypad for front door. Beds were comfortable, linens good quality....towels excellent. What we loved the most was having the Experimental Farm so very close making it possible for us to walk everyday and bicycle when we wanted. A real asset for this rental home!
The owners were very prompt in their communication with us but not hovering....they are very conscientious owners of a rental unit.
We rented this home for 4 weeks so I would say we had time to settle in and get to know the place and the area....very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go in Ottawa and nice driveway to park the car.
The property was clean and well maintained and certainly the pictures in the description were all bang on.
My family of 4 stayed here for ~2 months while our home was being renovated. The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need.
The location across from the Experimental Farm green space was also great and its a short commute downtown.
The owners / property managers (Belle & Mason) were exceptionally responsive to answer any questions, and we would highly recommend this property to other families.
