This is a lovely executive fully furnished semi-detached home located at one of the largest green spaces in Ottawa and across the street from the Experimental Farm leading to the Civic Hospital (Westboro). Public transit is across the street (7 min. to downtown).

This location is approximately 7 km to Downtown Ottawa (Parliament Hill) and has easy access to bicycle and walking paths that lead directly to Dow's Lake, Little Italy, and Chinatown. Westboro and Wellington Village are a five minute drive away.

Trent Street is also located close to Algonquin College and an easy commute to Carleton University. This neighborhood has transit across the street and is quite central and within 5 minute drive to Loblaws, (grocery store) Goodlife Fitness (Gym), Shoppers Drug Mart (pharmacy), Starbucks (Café), various restaurants and other shops and a five minute public transit ride to Westboro and Wellington Village.

Great house, well equipped for a cook

So happy to have stayed here. The house is really well located and we were able to run every day in the farm. The kitchen has almost every tool or gadget known to mankind - so if you plan to prepare meals at home or you have dietary restrictions or allergies this is ideal.

The back yard and BBQ are lovely and the soaker tub and laundry are just icing on the cake.

Beautiful and Clean, we loved it!

The pictures provided on VRBO unlike some properties are an accurate representation of this property. It is beautifully decorated and very clean! We truly enjoyed our week-long stay. We had fast and reliable internet connectivity which is essential when you have to handle business matters remotely. Belle, our hostess, was friendly and responded promptly to our every request. Cleaning services are available upon request. The neighborhood was peaceful and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. And don't worry about keeping up with multiple keys. This home has keyless entry, just remember your code. If we visit Ottawa again this will definitely be our first choice. This is truly a home away from home!

Comfortable Home

We very much enjoyed our stay as the home is well situated, very clean, modern and comfortable. Belle and Mason were very accommodating hosts and answered all our

enquiries promptly through emails, phone and face to face.

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and pantry were well supplied. We appreciated the guest umbrellas and the key pad lock to the front door was very convenient.

We highly recommend this property.

Great location and property

This property was very clean and comfortable. It was like a model home. It was a 5 minute drive to a grocery store and Walmart as well as other amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. The neighbourhood was very nice as well. Everything was great and I couldn't have had a better stay. The only thing was that the air conditioning did not seem to cool the upstairs as well as the main floor but that was a very minor issue. Overall, this house was excellent and I can't say enough about how great our stay was. The owners, Belle and Mason, were friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property.

Marathon stay

Belle and Mason were awesome from the start when booking this cozy place on a beautiful tree-lined street. My two friends and I came to run the Ottawa marathon this past weekend and stayed at this wonderful place. When you look at a map, it looks further from downtown than what it says, but it truly is not that far. The bedrooms were a good size with beds that were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and a nice living room to relax in the evening to visit or watch TV. I highly recommend this place!
