Do you want access to Ocean City's most popular attractions without getting in your car? Our property is in a prime location in downtown Ocean City, approximately 200 ft from the boardwalk and widest beach area in walking distance of the majority of Ocean City’s attractions! The building is not ocean front, but it is on the ocean block one building behind the ocean front buildings that sit directly on the boardwalk. You can see the ocean from the top floor balcony (picture included in listing photos). The unit has a max occupancy of 14 people, but we do own the entire Beachview OC building of 4 units that are all the same size if you have a larger group. We are only able to describe one unit per listing, so Unit 3 is the only unit described in detail in this listing. The unit featured in this listing is a 4-story townhome with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. Please see below for answers to the most frequently asked questions and basic information about the townhouse.

The layout of the townhouse is as follows:

1st Floor = Open Kitchen/living room/dining area. Half bath/powder room in kitchen. Queen size sofa bed in living room

2nd Floor = 1 Bedroom with 2 twins beds and full bath with standard tub/shower combo

1 Bedroom with 1 Queen bed and full bath with standard tub/shower combo

3rd Floor = Laundry area w/washer and dryer in hallway, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (twin over twin) and one pyramid bunk bed (twin over full). Large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower

4th Floor = 1 bedroom w/ 2 pyramid bunk beds (pyramid bunk beds are twin over full), 1 full size sleep sofa, full bathroom with walk in shower.

PLEASE INQUIRE FOR EXACT PRICING – automated quotes are not always accurate, so it is best to get a quote directly from the property manager before making a payment. The property manager can send you a pre-approval to book with the correct pricing that you can use to book the property and make a payment.

Check In/Out Time – You can check in any time after 3pm. Please note we are not able to accommodate early check ins in the summer. An early check in may be possible in the offseason, but it needs to be confirmed with the property manager. Check out is at 10 am.

The unit has an electronic lock, so you do not need to go anywhere to pick up keys.

A detailed list of items to bring is included in the check in information file sent after the final balance is paid. The file will also have the lock code and access instructions, parking instructions, wifi, etc.

Linens – We do not provide sheets or towels, so you will need to bring your own or rent them from a company in town. The check in file will have contact information for a linen rental company. With the exception of the sofa beds, each bed has a bedspread and pillows are provided.

Kitchen – The kitchen has basic supplies such cups, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. There is a toaster and a standard coffee maker. You should bring anything along that is critical to what you will be cooking since there is only a small set of pots and pans.

Parking - The majority of the parking in the downtown area is paid parking, but there is enough space for each unit to park 2 cars free of charge underneath the building. There are several other paid parking lots in the downtown area that additional vehicles can park in, including one next door to the building. If you are staying in the offseason when the building is not fully booked, you may be able to park additional vehicles underneath the building. Additional vehicles need to be confirmed with the property manager to prevent the vehicles from being towed. Each unit has two parking permits since there is only space for two cars per unit when we are fully booked.

Excellent location!

This condo was in the perfect location. It was well used with the bathroom tile needing a good cleaning and some minor repairs but everything worked well and we had all cooking equipment that we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

bachlorette weekend

We had an amazing stay. I loved the location of the complex. It was easy clean up with the first floor being tile. The only downfall was the amount of steps in the complex if you stayed all the way on the 5th level but we always made sure to have our fitbit on! :)

Great location and size

The location of this property is perfect for families with kids. We were two families and grandparents. You can easily walk to beach and boardwalk, so you don't have to worry about driving or parking. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. We had a wonderful time and the kids (ages 10 months to 13 yo) loved it.

The only issues we had:

-upon arrival the carpets were quite dirty, however managament sent a professional carpet cleaning company to clean right away

-the area is a bit noisy with people going to and from the boardwalk until 1-2am and the trash trucks coming 6-7am a few times a week

Overall, management is very accessible and if you want convenience this is a great place

Four floors, four bedrooms, four and a half baths provided great space with privacy for a crowd!

This four bedroom, four floor, four and a half bath townhouse just steps from the gateway to the boardwalk was great for our four generation family. Parking right under was perfect. Daniel and Ashley were so accommodating and checked on us personally to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this Ocean City vacation rental.

When you walk out of your townhome to the board walk you enter the main entrance of the boardwalk with quick access to restaurants, bars, boardwalk rides and games, arcades, beach volley ball courts, and much more. Some of the local restaurants/bars and carryout include Tony’s Pizza (in front of building), Lazy Lizard Dock Bar and Grill (walking distance across the street on bayside), Purple Moose Saloon (less than 5 minutes walking distance), Shenanigan’s Irish Pub/Restaurant, Harrisons Harbor Watch (nice restaurant with ocean inlet views at end of boardwalk 10 minutes walking distance), Dumsers Dairyland, Thrashers Fries, Fisher Popcorn, Dunkin Donuts, Guido’s Burito and Tequilaria, Mug & Mallet Crab House, Dough Roller, Marina Deck and Mr. Ducks.There are jet ski and water craft rentals across the street on the bay side at Lazy Lizard's, and most of the fishing boat charter companies are in walking distance. You can take a short walk and surf fish off the boardwalk pier. For the teens there are basket ball courts, baseball fields and a skate park in walking distance. You can rent bicycles next door to the building or walk out the door and jump on the Ocean City bus headed north for $3 all day. Jolly Rogers Park II, Seacrets, and the OC Convention Center are a short bus/car ride away.
