Do you want access to Ocean City's most popular attractions without getting in your car? Our property is in a prime location in downtown Ocean City, approximately 200 ft from the boardwalk and widest beach area in walking distance of the majority of Ocean City’s attractions! The building is not ocean front, but it is on the ocean block one building behind the ocean front buildings that sit directly on the boardwalk. You can see the ocean from the top floor balcony (picture included in listing photos). The unit has a max occupancy of 14 people, but we do own the entire Beachview OC building of 4 units that are all the same size if you have a larger group. We are only able to describe one unit per listing, so Unit 3 is the only unit described in detail in this listing. The unit featured in this listing is a 4-story townhome with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. The layout of the townhouse is as follows:
1st Floor = Open Kitchen/living room/dining area. Half bath/powder room in kitchen. Queen size sofa bed in living room
2nd Floor = 1 Bedroom with 2 twins beds and full bath with standard tub/shower combo
1 Bedroom with 1 Queen bed and full bath with standard tub/shower combo
3rd Floor = Laundry area w/washer and dryer in hallway, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (twin over twin) and one pyramid bunk bed (twin over full). Large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower
4th Floor = 1 bedroom w/ 2 pyramid bunk beds (pyramid bunk beds are twin over full), 1 full size sleep sofa, full bathroom with walk in shower.
PLEASE INQUIRE FOR EXACT PRICING – automated quotes are not always accurate, so it is best to get a quote directly from the property manager before making a payment. The property manager can send you a pre-approval to book with the correct pricing that you can use to book the property and make a payment.
Check In/Out Time – You can check in any time after 3pm. Please note we are not able to accommodate early check ins in the summer. An early check in may be possible in the offseason, but it needs to be confirmed with the property manager. Check out is at 10 am.
The unit has an electronic lock, so you do not need to go anywhere to pick up keys.
A detailed list of items to bring is included in the check in information file sent after the final balance is paid. The file will also have the lock code and access instructions, parking instructions, wifi, etc.
Linens – We do not provide sheets or towels, so you will need to bring your own or rent them from a company in town. The check in file will have contact information for a linen rental company. With the exception of the sofa beds, each bed has a bedspread and pillows are provided.
Kitchen – The kitchen has basic supplies such cups, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. There is a toaster and a standard coffee maker. You should bring anything along that is critical to what you will be cooking since there is only a small set of pots and pans.
Parking - The majority of the parking in the downtown area is paid parking, but there is enough space for each unit to park 2 cars free of charge underneath the building. There are several other paid parking lots in the downtown area that additional vehicles can park in, including one next door to the building. If you are staying in the offseason when the building is not fully booked, you may be able to park additional vehicles underneath the building. Additional vehicles need to be confirmed with the property manager to prevent the vehicles from being towed. Each unit has two parking permits since there is only space for two cars per unit when we are fully booked.
