Beautiful Garden District home with great New Orlean's charm!

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed a great week staying at the Second Floor condo at this beautiful property and Leslie, the owner, was terrific and available if we had any questions. The living space was gorgeous and very well furnished. We used the balconies for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. The kitchen was great for entertaining. We had several dinner guests during our stay. The pool is nestled between the home and thick hedges, creating a private setting, great for sun bathing and swimming. A block away from Tracy's, a local pub with bar food and fresh oysters. Just a few blocks more to several great restaurants, Basin Seafood, Coquette and great sushi at Sake Café Uptown, to name just a few. A very short Uber ride to the CBD and French Quarter. Terrific stay and we will definitely return next year.

Perfect Spot!

  • 5 of 5

The weather was in the 80's so the pool was a wonderful amenity. The house is perfect, well stock, very comfortable, great linens/towels, and beautiful artwork. The balcony that over looks Magazine Street is a wonderful spot for coffee or cocktail. Love the location - can walk to great food, tour amazing homes, and away from the craziness and smells of the French Quarter. A definite gem!!

A Wonderful Place!

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay at Leslie's house. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen have been remodeled. It is in the Garden District and it was such fun to walk down the streets and look at the other beautiful houses. It is close to Magazine Street which has wonderful shops and restaurants. It is also easy to find a grocery store to pick up food and wine. The trolley is an easy walk from the house and we used it several times to explore the city. Leslie was very accommodating and responsive during the entire process. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Leslie's beautiful condominium in the heart of the Garden District!

  • 5 of 5

We spent 9 days at Leslie's condominium located in the heart of the Garden District and next to Magazine Street. It was a great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops and the Street Car was only 4 blocks away. Therefore, a great location away from the noise of the French Quarter, but, close enough to everything! After days spent exploring all that New Orleans has to offer, it was a real treat to come back to the house to relax in the pool next to the house in a lovely private garden. We traveled with another couple, therefore, it was nice to have two large bedrooms (one ensuite master bathroom), the other with the bathroom right next door. Even though the house is from the last century, it has been upgraded inside with a gourmet kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and a very open dining and living room. Plenty of room for all four of us to not feel cramped and have our own private spaces. There is a balcony at the front of the house and off of the master suite as well to watch those passing by, or, have coffee or dinner outside. It was truly the perfect spot for the four of us and Leslie and her associates were great to work with and whenever we had a question about something, they responded quickly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where you don't have to go out to eat every meal, have your own laundry facilities and a desire to live as a local! Thanks Leslie!
