Great facility and location
Our family rented a 2 bedroom with views of Puget Sound and the mountains. If there wasn't a building obstructing the view, we could have seen the Great Ferris Wheel directly across the street. Our friends and family stayed in a home in Queen Anne and regretted it because of the location. Our families toured during the day and came back to our place to hang for a couple hours before going back out to tour some more. The apartment is within a two blocks of Pike's Place Market and the ferry to Bainbridge Island. A Target store and IGA are also an easy walk (3 blocks). My only suggestion is that the owners install new window blinds, as you have to fight to get them to work properly. They were only a minor inconvenience though. We would definitely stay here again.
We are so glad to hear that your stay with us in Seattle was a great one! You perfectly captured what makes our properties so special, location and space to get together! Thank you for the details on the blinds as well. We'll have our local team take a look. We'd love to host you again in the Emerald City or any of 16 cities. Should the chance arise, we'd love to give you 10% off as a return guest!
Have a wonderful day.
Unbelievable location ... no need for a car! Great views, very clean!
This was a tremendous stay for us (a family of 5). The proximity of this condo was so convenient, that for 5 days we walked to everything (Space Needle, Chihuly, Sounders game at Century Link, Mariners at Safeco, The Great Wheel, Pike Place is right around the corner). Our condo was perfect, clean, and comfortable. The only issue was the blinds. I felt like we were going to break them in order to get them to function at all. Needs replacing. But once they were open to the city, we were perfectly comfortable leaving them that way. We will definitely be back.
Good stay, overall satisfied
The property is very nice, great location and very convenient. The place isn't quite as nice as the pictures make it out to be, but isn't that always the case? The dishwasher wasn't working but they responded very quickly and the fix was done in less than 12 hrs. The hot tub was also broken for the first two days but once it was fixed everyone had a great time in the pool and such. Blinds are terrible; they need replacement. Everything else is great. Highly recommend.
Great location and roomy apartment.
The location was perfect for walking to the main attractions and the monorail and public transportation nearby. The apartment has a great view. I wish the kitchen was better stocked. No spatula, no salt&pepper. Didn't ever find the pool or sauna as it was in another building and there is no one to ask. The windows blow in cold air and some of the blinds didn't work. It was a good place to stay but could have been better with some thoughtful touches like tourist info, umbrellas, a better stocked kitchen, a mop and broom.

Colorado to Seattle
The rental was very clean and adequately stocked for any meal that you would want to cook or for food to bring in. Centrally located, we rode the train from the airport to the apartment. We had two teen girls so if it was too far they would of complained. (Not a peep!). We were pleasantly surprised with the shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion! There is a Target 2 blocks away for anything forgotten. One thing to note... when they say check in is 3, it is not a minute sooner! There isn’t a place to store your luggage so if you come in early you get to carry it with you! I would absolutely rent again!! BTW.. it’s cold in Seattle in March (60’,s in CO and 40’s in Seattle)brrr
Great location, not a great condo
The location of this property is perfect - within walking distance of Pikes Place, the pier, the aquarium, and the childrens museum. However, we were very disappointed in the condo. It's clear the owners did the bare minimum necessary in order to rent this as a short-term rental. Embassy Suites has better accommodations . And absolutely no information was provided about the amenities of the building - not the location, hours, rules, nothing. One of the reasons we rented this condo is because of the indoor pool, which was extremely cold and only 3 1/2 feet deep across the entire pool. Thankfully we still had a good trip but will definitely stay elsewhere the next time.
Thank you DeAnn for taking the time to give us your feedback. We apologize for our service not meeting your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. Your comments regarding lack of information provided and cold swimming pool will be forwarded to our guest services and operational teams to be addressed as soon as possible. We ask that you allow us another opportunity to host you and provide you with a better experience.
