Large, 1,100 SF condo with 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 1st floor of The Nordic Inn. 1st floor unit offers parking directly in front of the unit, with access from the parking lot. This eliminates the hassle of having to enter through the lobby and and walk a distance through hallways to the unit.
The Master Bedroom features a king size bed with a full, private bathroom with a new 32" flat screen TV.
The Second Bedroom features two full-size beds, a large flat screen TV, and a full bathroom.
The Living Room features a large flat screen TV with cable TV and a DVD player, a gas fireplace, air conditioning, and a large, walk-out balcony.
There is a full kitchen with a dining area that seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the eat-in bar.

Located in the heart of the White Mountains, there is easy access to downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, golfing, fishing, biking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, leaf watching, canoeing, tubing, swimming holes, and fishing.
The complex offers resort style amenities including indoor (heated) and outdoor swimming pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a Health Club with weights and cardio equipment, locker rooms with showers, an indoor racquet ball court, 3 dry saunas, an on-site laundry facility, an outdoor BBQ area, and a game room with pool, ping pong, foosball, air hockey and video games. All of this is located within the Nordic inn, and there is NO RESORT FEE to use the amenities. They are available free to my guests. The unit also offers free high-speed Wi-Fi.
A free ski shuttle to Loon Mountain runs every day except for Tuesday and Wednesday, and secure ski storage lockers are in the building. Discounted ski tickets are available for many of the local ski areas.
Located on the scenic Kancamagus Highway and just 1 mile off Exit 32 on I-93. The property is in the center of the town of Lincoln, and is within walking distance of dining, pubs, entertainment, swimming holes, hiking, and biking trails. Only a short drive away is skiing (Loon Mountain - 1.5 miles, Cannon Mountain - 10 minutes), the Lost River Gorge, Clark's Trading Post (bear shows, steam locomotive, museums, circus acts, etc.) Whale's Tale Water Park, zip lines, hiking, and other activities. Mount Washington, Santa's Village, and Story Land are less than an hour away.
Rental includes bed linens and bath towels. We recommend that swimmers using the pools bring beach towels as pool towels are not provided.
The unit is professionally cleaned and there is NO CLEANING FEE.
A 9% New Hampshire lodging tax is added to all rates.
The refundable security deposit is $250.
Payments made via HomeAway or PayPal incur a credit card processing fee of 2.9%. The fee is deducted from the security deposit.
We had a great time, thank you. You have a great unit. First of all, we loved staying in a two-bedroom with a King size bed in the master and two full beds in the second bedroom, which was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the warm and cozy bedding and the super white, soft new towels. The living room seating was very comfortable and well lit; our sons particularly enjoyed lounging in the reclining chair. The paint colors on the walls were lovely. The heating was excellent. The new board games, books and three TVs were a really nice treat too. We also were impressed how clean the place was. The convenience of the keyless door locks was another plus.
We see that you have put in great thought and effort into making the unit a comfortable, updated and well equipped place to stay, and we very much appreciate that.

The condo was very clean, well-maintained and convenient to everything. The listing description was was accurate with respect to amenities and the layout of the condo. I would highly recommend this condo. It was an easy, stress-free place to stay in Lincoln. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The best burger restaurant is across the street, and Loon Mountain is a two minute drive away! It all made for a wonderful family vacation!
Keyless check-in/ check-out procedure is a must! No cleaning fee, well maintained, spacious, good amenities. Parking in front of unit, no stairs or elevator needed. Lots of shops around, close to everything to do in Lincoln. Owner is very responsible and helpful. I'm very satisfied and recommend it.
We are from the southern Mississippi Gulf Coast. My son lives in Massachusetts. We decided to visit him during the holidays and have a chance to see snow, which doesnt happen in south MS. I thought that New Hampshire would be a better choice for both. I was right. although this condo is located within the little town of Lincoln, it had the cozy, comfortable feel of a log cabin. The condo is furnished beautifully and the accessories give it that extra touch...we really enjoyed the fireplace. We were able to prepare full meals in the well equipped kitchen. The condo had a cozy, wilderness feel but, with modern conveniences in the surrounding shops and stores in town. There was snow skiing and other outdoor activities nearby to enjoy. We took the off road tour through the wilderness and saw deer along the way. We had a few minor issues after we arrived at the condo but, I emailed Mr. Mack and the issues were taken care of immediately. I would definitely rent this condo again and I recommend it to others looking for something cozy and comfortable. It was a great stay and I loved the snow!
We enjoyed staying here. Everything is comfortable and the place is maintained well and clean. We will be staying here whenever we plan to visit White mountains.

Steve's condo is the perfect place to stay for a ski trip to Loon. The location is minutes away from the resort and minutes away from all of the amenities in town. The condo itself is quite spacious and has everything you need to feel at home. The amenities in the building like the gym, hot tub and sauna are also a bonus. Steve was a wonderful host and provided very detailed instructions to make our stay very easy and made himself available should we have needed anything. I highly recommend staying at Steve's on your next trip to Lincoln.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations with 30 days or more notice prior to the start of the reservation are fully refundable with the exception of a $50 cancellation fee. For cancellations with less than 30 days notice, the owner will try to rent the unit for the reserved time to minimize the loss to the guest. If owner is able to rent the unit, only the advanced deposit will be forfeited. If owner is unable to rent the unit, all monies except the security deposit will be forfeited.
Payment through HomeAway or PayPal incurs a credit card fee of 2.9% which will be deducted from the security deposit when it is returned.
