Nice property but.....
Very clean and up-to-date property. harsh indoor lighting ruins ambiance in the evening. suggest owner invest in some dimmer switches. Very steep penalty ($75) if bbq grill not cleaned but no means to clean grill was provided. Had to buy a $10 brush and donated it to the house.

The property was exactly as described on site. Kindle, the property manager, promptly responded to all calls immediately and resolved an issue within a half-hour. My only complaint would be that Marco Escapes and VRBO should disclose the rental guidelines on their sites so interested parties could read it prior to renting.

This house was perfect for our stay!
This was a great location! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed. We also had some amenities we didn’t know would be there like the bikes which were great to use! It has everything a family needs to go to the beach and enjoy Marco island. The staff was great to work with as well. We didn’t have any major issues, but when we did let them know the pool was getting a little green due to the heat, they were very prompt and sent someone over right away and got it back to crystal blue in no time. I would highly recommend this location!
