Our home was recently completely rebuilt - it is brand new. It is a modern, minimalist house with clean lines and decor. The living room, formal dining room, kitchen, informal eating area, and 2 patios are all connected in an open plan - ideal for entertaining. The formal living room features a top of the line linear gas fireplace. The kitchen features and extended length centre island, and built in premium appliances. The millwork and cabinetry was done by one of Canada's top kitchen designers. We've used the latest and most advanced security, home audio and video technology. We have 2 large backyard spaces (one suitable for activity and entertaining, and the other suitable for tranquility nestled amongst a greenbelt of trees). The home has 3 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. We have a spacious double car garage where we park our car and have setup a small gym.

About Owner/Property Manager

We are a fun loving and respectful family. Me (Farhad) and my wife Shabi have 2 little angel daughters that we live for: Ella and Dania. I'm self-employed in the commercial real estate business. My wife has left her career in Genetics and BioInformatics to raise our daughters. We want to take advantage of these early years while our kids are not yet in full time school and make some memorable trips.
