Luxury One Bedroom Close To Everything Breck Has To Offer

Great Location: Located a half block off Historic Main Street at Peak 9 base area, you can walk to everything Breck has to offer. Inside the building you have two ski shops, a welcoming hot tub, laundry facilities and a great Mexican restaurant. Breakfast or coffee shops are within a block. Then, just walk across the street to the Quicksilver high speed lift to start your ski day. Or, schedule your ski lessons at Brecks world class ski school – just a block away. You can make a quick stop into the condo for lunch, or enjoy one of the on-mountain dinning locations. At the end of the ski day, Peak 9 base has a number of Après ski bars. Or grab a margarita just downstairs from this condo. For dinner, it is a short walk to the many wonderful Breck restaurants. And, for nightlife, there are numerous bars and nightclubs within a couple blocks.

Accommodations: This luxury ski condo has one bedroom with a queen bed, shuttered sky light and HD cable TV. There is one bathroom with a large shower. The full kitchen has plenty of room to cook and includes all the necessary accessories to cook. Just bring the food. There is a dining area off the kitchen with seating for four. The living room has a comfortable sofa and comfy reclining chair. There is a TV with cable and Blu-ray player. In the corner is a wood burning fireplace. The deck and windows have a nice views of downtown, Baldy Mountain, the Blue River and the ski slopes.

The building: Inside the building you have two ski shops, a welcoming hot tub, laundry facilities and a great Mexican restaurant. The elevator will take you up to the second floor unit or down to the heated garage where you will have free parking for one car. The Mexican restaurant (Mi Casa) has a large deck beside the Blue River.

About Jeff Martin

Our family members have been avid skiing, hiking, biking and fishing enthusiasts for several decades. Our vacations to the mountains typically involved finding vacation properties to rent. Seven years ago, we realized that it had become very difficult to find rentals that were enjoyable and affordable. Most of the rental units had become dated and many were equipped with only the minimum accessories. We really wanted to rent places that were at least as nice as our home.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was a perfect for our late-summer hiking trip. Walking distance to both town and hiking trails, with a fantastic view! Great decor and a very cozy place to stay.

Perfect for two and a cozy experience!

My husband and I stayed in the apartment at park and main and loved everything about it. The decor was adorable and lodgy feeling, which was perfect for the area and created a nice ambiance. We were close to everything we wanted to do and could walk in the evenings for dinner and drinks. The apartment size was just right for the two of us, especially with the lofted bedroom upstairs. I would recommend this to any couple for a getaway in the Breckenridge area! It would be a stretch to fit more than 1 couple comfortably.

Location, Location, Location!

My husband, son and I stayed March 22-27, 2016. The location was perfect for us. Steps from shops/restaurants and across the street from the base of peak 9 and the quicksilver lift. Todd could not have been more helpful and responsive. His check-in instructions and things in the area pages were helpful and extremely detailed. The previous reviews were 100% accurate, even down to the one about hitting ones knee on the bed and the sun waking you up at 7:00am. The renovations are excellent! Comfortable and Stylish! Would book again!

very nice condo in a great location

My wife and I were on our honeymoon in Colorado for a few weeks and stayed at Jeff's place. It was our first time in Breckenridge and the condo was in a great location. It's location was great because it allowed for a short walk to the peak 9 lifts and to the downtown strip. We loved the ability to be able to walk everywhere. The space was perfect for the two of us. The condo was clean and well-decorated. Jeff was helpful with any inquiries we had before our stay. I would definitely consider renting this condo again for vacation.

The only nit picky comments we had were with regards to the blinds in the loft upstairs. The loft's bedroom blinds were not great at keeping the sun out. Therefore, we were up at 7 AM every morning when the sun creeped over the mountains and hit us in the face. It would be nice to have the option to keep that room a little darker if one wanted to sleep in a bit longer.

Perfect little gem in a perfect location

Jeff had easy to follow instructions on the home away app. Everything flowed from directions from the airport to parking in the garage to making our way to the charming barn style loft. It was a perfect size for Taylor and I. The loft views indulged us to see all the quaint Victorian homes from the balcony and windows . It was also nice to see the town lit up at night. The loft is literally surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping. There is also a nice kitchenette to stay indoors and cook if you're visiting on a budget. It is conviently right across the street from peak 9 so it was completely hassle free lugging our gear over to the mountain. Ultimately, we hit a winner for the weekend. I would definitely love to stay here again! Thank you Jeff!
