This property is truly a slopeside ski in/out property located directly on the beginner (green) 4 O'Clock ski run. Access to town is easy too being only 3/4 mile from Main Street and about 3/8 of a mile to the shuttle stop by the Snowflake lift.
When you walk into the property the hickory wood floors automatically give you the feeling of being in a mountain property. Up one-half level from the garage/front door area is the open plan kitchen, living room, and dining room. The couches are comfortable, the rock fireplace warm and inviting, the kitchen well appointed for your cooking needs, and dining room set up for 8 at the table and 4 at the bar. The view out the large windows is right at the ski run and wildlife sightings are not uncommon. Off of this area, you have access to a balcony with a BBQ grill, a pub table with 3 chairs, and 4 other outdoor chairs.
Up one more half level from the living room is the large master suite. This room offers a king bed, ensuite bath (which offers a tub and separate shower), and a 50-inch flat screen TV with cable.
One more half level up are two additional bedrooms. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom that is in the hallway. The bath offers a jetted tub and separate walk in shower. One of the bedrooms has a King bed, flat screen TV with DVD and cable, and a fan on the ceiling. The other room is set up as a bunk room with a Twin on the top, Queen on the bottom, and Twin pull out trundle bed. There is a smaller flat screen TV with cable and a ceiling fan.
Down to the bottom of the property, one half level below the garage and entry, is the ski room and a Queen bedroom. The Queen bedroom has an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination, a 50-inch flat screen TV, and access to a shared deck. The ski room is truly a delight for those hitting the slopes. There is a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination, 8 boot dryers, a Queen size pull out sleeper sofa, and access to the deck where you can ski right to and store your ski's outside. There is also a dry sauna in the hallway.
This property has access to an association pool and hot tub just one block from the property.
