Horrible with Potential

I usually don't do reviews especially negative ones. its not the kind of person I am. However Ive contacted the realtor several times and gotten very little response so this is my only other option. We checked in to this place in March 2016 and immediately noticed issues. This really didn't bother us as we were 15 hours and nearly 1100 miles from home and looking for a good vacation. However as the week went on small things became more and more obvious. Mainly around cleaning and maintenance of the property. I sent this info to realtor when we came home:

All toilets were dirty and two had mildew in them even though they were sealed when we arrived. I did brush the upstairs toilet with the brush to prove it was not stains in the bowl the mildew came out, Stains on carpets in dining, living and master bedroom, Food on the floor under the couches and the couches had odor on them, Door to oven broken. Called and reported and maintenance guy was to come fix. Far as I know he never showed and door was still broken when we left, Drawers underneath TV stand 1 is hard to pull out the other wont come out, Screens in upstairs windows are busted out on the bottom, Hair in shower walls in master bathroom as well as hair and dirt on the floor around the toilet. This was there when we arrived, Several plates from the cabinets were dirty and had to be washed by hand. coffee cups had dirt in them and had to be washed, Carpet was dirty like vacuum hadn’t been run in a while. when we picked up our sons toys on off the floor it had hair on them. Was going to run the vacuum but was afraid of what we may find, I spilt some water on the counter top one morning and some went on the floor. I wiped it up with a paper towel and the paper towel was black with dirt, the wall behind the trash can has dried food splattered on it as well as baseboard dirty on the top, Steps were like the carpet and had small pieces of paper and other material on them as well as something spilled on the baseboard up the steps, The blind hook in the living room that allows you to pull the blind left and right was broken off and laying under.

I also began sneezing on Sunday and sneezed all week. I don't suffer from allergies and I stopped sneezing when we left. I took pics of all the above and sent them to realtor of which Ive not heard anything. Hopefully things get fixed. We couldn't let it ruin our vacation we had no place else to go. Just made it to tough to enjoy
