Beautiful fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment is located at trendy 17 Ave SW. Near downtown and C-train station. The swimming pool and 7-11 store just besides the building. Only 10 minutes walking distance from LRT Station and Westbrook shopping center, bank, walmart, restaurants are all nearby.

Two bedrooms 1 queen size bed in each bedroom, and a sofa can extend to a double size bed in the living room, a spacious balcony with a BBQ grill.

Comfortable property, great host

Janice is a very helpful host. We came into an unexpected problem while staying at her property but she was easy to reach and eager to help in any way that she could to make our stay a positive experience. You couldn't ask for someone to be more available, and that makes such a huge difference when staying in an unknown area. We really appreciated working with her, she's a great property owner to rent from.

Well equipped apartment at convenient location

Very good apartment. Looking quite fresh and clean.

Well equipped - you have everything you need for everyday life. I would only prefer ironing board to be a bit bigger/standard size.

A bit noisy - but this bothers only for early morning.

Underground parking is a good bonus for winter time.

Shops/C-Train in 15 minutes walking distance. Right aside - 7/11 and swimming pool.
