Forest Street Cottage is a three bedroom home featuring queen sized beds in each bedroom on the main floor and a third bedroom on the second level with a full size bed. The two bath home has a shower in the lower level bathroom and a tub in the upstairs bathroom. There is also a futon in the living room area of the home. The home has hardwood and tile floors with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. There is a laundry area with a washer and dryer and a deck out back. There is off street parking. Clean, comfortable, and a great location near restaurants, shops, and galleries.

Great location near Berea galleries, shops, cafes, and the college.
This house is beautiful. There was just two of us staying there but it would accommodate several people easily. Four beds and two couches. It's exceptional in design with old hardwood floors, that have been beautifully restored. The two bathrooms are nice and everything is clean. Amy is great to work with and very helpful. We will always rent from her when traveling. We love how Berea is central to where we like to visit. Awesome town, with awesome people. If you enjoy walking you can park and spend a day away from the house shopping, eating and enjoying the area.
Very inviting and well furnished, immaculately clean. Large kitchen, laundry room, extra beds, futon and bath upstairs. No shower in bath upstairs and bathroom downstairs is small, so that is something to consider if you have a large group. Loved this place!
Beautiful wood floors in living room and bedrooms. Eat-in kitchen includes a dishwasher. Washer and dryer conveniently located in laundry room just off the kitchen. The deck out back was a great (has picnic table with umbrella as well as two chairs). There are several sleeping areas as well as a hide-a-bed couch in the living room. (I estimate this house could sleep 12). The down side: The yard is very tiny, so really no place for children to play outdoors. The neighbors are VERY close and if you are on the back deck you can easily overhear the neighbors conversations. There was A LOT of traffic on Forest Street. I'm sure none of this would bother someone who is accustomed to city living & after about 1030 or 11 pm everything calmed down. The beds are very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep.
Our mother/daughter group of 5 enjoyed our comfortable stay here, just steps from the center of town.
Between the two downstairs bedrooms and the divided, private loft area, the sleeping arrangements were perfect.
The gorgeous refinished oak floors, new appliances and remodeled bathrooms were a luxurious treat in this adorable home away from home.
While the overall shopping experience in Berea was a bit of a let-down, we sure enjoyed walking to Berea Coffee & Tea for our morning (and evening) fix!
This is the second time we have used this property for our girls weekend and we couldn't be happier with EVERYTHING! The place has plenty of space for us and is very clean and well kept and very cute! Amy is so helpful and accommodating! We will definitely use this property again if our girls weekend takes us in this location! Thanks for everything Amy!
