About Mary Warwick

My husband, Todd grew up in Katy, TX. I grew up in Houston TX and after driving up many of weekends to the Austin area, we decided to make the move to Austin then a few years later were lucky enough to relocate to a home on lake Buchanan and enjoy the ENTIRE weekend on the water. Our passions include boating, soaking and floating on the lake while enjoying music with friends.

Mary Warwick purchased this house in 2015

Why Mary Warwick chose Burnet

Lake LBJ is a constant level lake. The home has 100 ft of waterfront. After a day on the water, sit back on the decks and enjoy the sunset on the water directly in front of the house.

Happy New Year!!

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful way to begin a new year with our family. Aqua Lodge was clean and beautiful and easily accommodated our family of 12. We had 8 adults and 4 children, from 2 months to 9 years and plenty of room. We really enjoyed using the houseboat and kayaks out on the river. Mary made sure we had all the life jackets we needed— even for the 2 babies! We made good use of the well- equipped kitchen and outdoor grills and it was so nice to have a table that we could all fit around for meals. But the highlight of our stay was all of us sitting out around the fire pit while it was snowing on New Year’s Eve watching fireworks over the water!! When Mary called and came to check that we were okay that really sealed the deal— we’ll be back!

Immaculate property

  • 5 of 5

Everything was first class, spotless and well thought out. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit for evening story telling sessions. The grounds and pontoon boat were very nice for activities. We couldn't have had a better place to get the family together for a fun time.

Very Comfortable stay

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay at this property. We had 12 people plus an infant. Everyone had plenty of room to sleep and we could have slept two more. The lower bunks in the game room were a little low so probably better suited to children, but other than that, no complaints about the sleeping. There were plenty of bathrooms (full bath downstairs, 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath upstairs) and we had no issue with everyone getting ready in the morning or ready for bed in the evening. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The owners were very willing to help us with whatever we needed. We cooked all our meals while staying here. There were three ovens available and it had all the cooking utensils I needed. There were also several spices, paper towels, hot pads, etc. The dining table was very large and all 12 of us could sit around the table. There were also several places you could sit outside to eat. The yard itself was very beautiful with BBQ essentials, a fire pit, several seating areas, and a great deck. It was too cold for us to get out in the water, but the kayaks were there ready to use and the boat looked like it was in good shape too. It was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it.

  • 5 of 5

This is a very well cared for property with every modern convenience...lovely linens, up to date kitchen, scenic view on the lake and gorgeous sunset....a " red book" left for renters outlining dos and donts, shopping and grocery locations in Burnet and surrounding areas and all the amenities of the area....this house is probably a 10 in my book!

Great property for family and friend vacation. Very clean and great views!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this house for our annual friends trip. Every couple had privacy and we also enjoyed time as a group. The deck was a great hangout location over seeing the river. The owner Mary, met us when we checked in and showed us around. Great house to spend some relaxing time.

Exactly What The Doctor Ordered

  • 5 of 5

Spent Fri-Mon 10/20-10/23 at the house and couldn't have enjoyed it more. We had 11 adults total and at no point felt even remotely cramped. Plenty of top notch amenities and the surrounding water isn't bad for fishing at all. Whether spending time on the dock/platform, or grilling and lounging on the patio, our whole party agreed we would absolutely love to stay at the house again. In addition to that, the owners went above and beyond to be accommodating, friendly, and reachable for any issues we might run into (which we didn't).

Mary and Todd, from myself and my party, we thank you again for letting us stay in your beautiful home, and we hope to see you and the house again in the future!
