About the property

House, 2 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps 10

With gorgeous ocean views and brimming with natural light, this pet-friendly Neskowin retreat is the perfect place for a family retreat.

Nestled in a quiet, wooded neighborhood on the north end of Neskowin, it's only a mile to the beach or to the Neskowin Golf Course. Neskowin is a fairly nature-oriented town; for a bit more action, head to Pacific City (nine miles away) or Lincoln City (14 miles away).

The spacious, well-appointed interior will delight groups that prioritize community space. The stars of the upstairs living room are the huge windows that look over the ocean and the stone gas fireplace. Spend evenings together listening to music on the surround sound system as you watch the waves, or rent a DVD, flip through cable, or log onto the WiFi to keep up on the news from home. If you can't all agree on an activity, some people can head to the downstairs living room with one of the provided books.

A gourmet kitchen offers a playground for the chef in your party. With a coffeemaker and a blender, it's easy to have your morning beverage of choice. A dishwasher makes cleanup simple. In case someone's busy in the kitchen, a downstairs kitchenette with a sink and microwave provides a bit more space. Once you've prepared your meal, enjoy it at the breakfast bar, the stylish inside dining room with room for eight, or outside on the deck, which winds around the entire side of the house and has a gas grill for the grilling enthusiast's use.

The master bedroom, upstairs on the main level, has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and another en suite bathroom. Two twin futon mattresses, two queen Murphy beds, and two twin futon mattresses bring the total of guests who can enjoy this rental up to 10, with a maximum of eight adults. For a small nightly fee, a canine companion (50 pounds and under) can join the group. There are also two half baths - one on each level.

Families traveling together will love this spacious, elegant rental. There's plenty for an active group to do in the Neskowin area - hiking in the Cascade Head Nature Preserve, chartering a boat for whale watching, or bird-watching at Hart's Cove are just a few of the many outdoor options.

For quiet family fun, book the Northwest escape today!

**Please respect the neighbors of this quiet, residential area and keep noise level down after 10pm.

About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Gem ,not to far from beach

  • 5 of 5

I have to say, Neskowin location is my favorite from Oregon beaches.

House itself, nesting in midst of ridge, overlooking the surf and wide disk of blue ocean from distance is the best of my imaginary place at water. Not many houses, will give me the same joy, provided with ambiance of true villa and homie feeling.

We pick this house for all the modern décor and knowingly , for furniture, where we can truly rest our bones after daily beach walks. Again , this house provide every option to get rest and be comfortable.

Was it without any issues? No, but there is a memory of mine, where I can drove upon the salty air, the hum of the rushing surf and walks on sand.....that beats away with anything what was not so perfect in our staying there.

Great rental property, great location, will tell everyone about it.

Thanks for the memories.....

Stunning residence, friendly owners!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I (and our dog) spent a week for our honeymoon at this rental and it was spectacular. There is plenty of space, the interior is gorgeous, and we really enjoyed the decks along the back of the house. We didn't use the TV, but did use the soundbar via Bluetooth for music which worked wonderfully. We loved the home and plan on booking again, probably with a family group later on.

A gem

  • 4 of 5

Loved the home, the view, the wet lands and bird life, the well prepared kitchen with supplies to cook anything our heart's desired. A gem of a home and spot.

As others have said, the upstairs mattress needs to be replaced. It's seen it's best days.

Wow! Just, WOW!

  • 5 of 5

The Home was better than the pictures could show! We were celebrating our daughters birthday, 11, and we all had an incredible time! The space is amazingly laid out and so many beds! We all looked through the telescope at fishing boats and we had an amazing sunset too! We all love to cook and the kitchen is setup for any chef! We will be back....

Great spot for families, large groups

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had only five people (3 adults, 2 kids), and we could have easily had four or five more with plenty of space for everyone. Lots of comfortable seating, a well-outfitted and large kitchen, a good stock of toys and books, even sand-castle making equipment. Really appreciated how clean the house was, with hotel-like amenities (individual soaps and shampoo, new kitchen sponge). The view is beautiful, and you can walk to the beach if you don't mind walking about 100 yards on highway 101 to get to a road with access to a trail that goes through a marsh area to a beachfront road. Only complaint -- to make use of the great sound system and two huge-screen TVs, it would have been great to have a larger collection of CDs and DVDs. It's a lovely home, highly recommended.
