This ideal Park City ski chalet, backs right onto the "Park City" ski resort, formerly known as Park City Mountain Resort, which is the largest ski & snowboard resort in the United States with over 7,300 acres of accessible terrain. This immaculate property features four (4) spacious bedrooms and a loft, four (4) modern bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen that opens up to the large living area, HDTV’s, private Jacuzzi hot tub, original wood-burning fireplace, two-car garage, Wi-Fi and a beautiful open layout that is ideal for entertaining and captures the atmosphere and ambiance of downtown Park City and historic Main Street.

OVERVIEW OF OUR PARK CITY SKI HOME AND SLEEPING CONFIGURATION:

• Immediate access to Park City Mountain Resort – 200 yards to the lifts and ski-in at the end of the day!

• Stunning family room with cathedral ceilings, hardwood and timber detailing, mountain décor and furniture with complete entertainment center with 42” HDTV, Comcast TV, DVD player, sound system and Wi-Fi.

• Gourmet chef’s kitchen, completely renovated with granite counters, dark hardwood cabinetry, brand new stainless steel appliances, kitchen island with bar stool seating.

• 2 large master bedroom suites (each with en suite bathroom), cathedral ceilings and all bathrooms have been completely renovated.

• 2 car (SUV) oversized garage with extra storage cabinets, firewood and racks for gear.

• Private and secluded Jacuzzi hot tub with seating for six (6) people.

• Bedding configuration: king size bed (sleeps 2), two (2) queen size beds (sleeps 4), two (2) twin beds (sleeps 2), queen size murphy bed (sleeps 2) - sleeps 10 in total.

The living room is equipped two (2) plush couches that surround wood-burning fireplace with floor to ceiling stonework and the entertainment center, which has a 42” HDTV with DVD player, Comcast and Philips speaker system. Unique to this property is its living room and side table, which are both authentic and large Native American drums that complement all the finishes and décor in the home.

The gourmet kitchen looks out to the formal dining room and spacious living area. The kitchen is fully stocked and well equipped with a complete range of household appliances including a stainless steel refrigerator, oven & stove, dishwasher, microwave and a variety of other small household appliances including a coffee machine, blender, double toaster and set of knives to name a few. The kitchen is beautifully finished with thick granite countertops, hardwood cabinetry and a large kitchen island, which can also second as a breakfast bar with bar stool seating for four (4) people.

Situated right next to the kitchen is the formal dining room and seating is available for up to ten (10) people, making this home ideal for every traveler and visitor to Park City. The chef’s kitchen and formal dining room is warm & inviting and accented perfectly with it’s new hardwood flooring. The second floor also offers access to your private Jacuzzi hot tub with seating for six (6) people.

Make your way upstairs to the third floor landing and that’s where you will find two of the four large bedrooms and the loft. The first and master bedroom (1) is located at the end of the hall and has a king size bed with canopy log pole bed frame, vaulted ceilings, two large closets, two nightstands with lamps, a 37” flat-screen HDTV with DVD player and Comcast, ceiling fan, large bedroom dresser and a private en suite bathroom. The master bathroom (2) was fully renovated and has an extra long granite countertop with a his and hers vanity, an oversized glass walk-in shower, stainless steel fixtures and toilet.

The second upstairs bedroom (2) is similar in it’s design and features a queen size bed with custom log pole bed frame and comfortable linens & bedding, two (2) nightstands with lamps, ceiling fan, an extra large dresser and closet for all your storage needs and it’s own en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom (3) is perfectly accented by it’s angled ceiling and offers guests a walk-in glass shower with sandstone tiling, granite countertop with Kohler sink, bronze finishes and toilet.

The loft bedroom looks out onto the family living room and is ideal for larger groups traveling to Park City, Utah! The loft offers up a queen-size murphy bed, deep lounge chair with footstool and a dresser for storage.

Head back downstairs to the first floor and that is where the other two bedrooms, fourth bathroom, access to the 2-car garage and HE washing machine & clothes dryer are situated. The third bedroom (3) features a queen size bed with log pole bed frame, two closets, a nightstand with lamp and large wood dresser. The fourth bedroom (4), also situated on the first floor, features two (2) twin beds with hardwood bed frames, a large wood dresser, closet and shares the fourth and final bathroom with the other downstairs bedroom.

The fourth bathroom (4) was also recently renovated, like all the rest, and has a blue granite countertop with Kohler sink, stone tile flooring, bathtub, shower and toilet. Unique to this property is that the first floor has nine (9) foot ceilings, so like the rest of the home it feels open and spacious. The first floor has access to the two-car garage.

Please note this home does not have air conditioning and can be warm during the summer months.

                                              Nice home but needs a few upgrades/perks for vacation luxury status

                                              Pros: clean, nice furnishings, modern baths/kitchen, beds comfortable, plush towels, hot tub in good working order, ski base a short downhill walk away

                                              Cons: sheets were institutional quality, wifi inadequate as it did not reach downstairs bedrooms--wifi extender would help that, also sometimes difficult to join network, living room tv NOT HD-- middle aged and older eyes rely on HD for viewing enjoyment(especially of sports), no tvs in bedrooms other than master(and if wifi won't reach you can't stream something to watch in bed), VERY hard water makes for having to totally clean dishes before putting in DW

We appreciate your feedback on the linens - we replace them every November and do spend quite a lot on them - so that is good feedback and we will replace them. We'll also look into further upgrading the living room tele and will add another router or wi-fi extender right away - great idea - as we weren't aware of any issues with wi-fi in the upstairs. Unfortunately, the water in Park City is very hard water and even with the water softener in house, it doesn't solve the issue completely. Thank you again for your business and feedback.                                               I rented three units next to each other and all three were in great, clean shape when we arrived. The condo is very nice in it's furnishings and decor. The management team was open in their communication and support to me through the weekend. All 19 of the guests were very happy with their stay in Park City.

                                              Our group of friends and I stayed in this lovely home for a ski vacation and loved it. The house is close to town and Park City mountain (walkable to both even though we were lazy and usually drove). The photos say it all and the listing is accurate - nice and modern kitchen, private hot tub and great living area and comfortable bedrooms. We were want for nothing during our stay and enjoyed the house very much. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
