The flats are located in a residential area of West Kensington in a Victorian Terrace property.
All two bedroom flats have two bathrooms and can accommodate 4 person, some flats have sofa bed for children/teenagers only and can therefore accommodate 5. All flats have fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryers - some have dishwashers. TV and wi-fi broadband access is available in all flats free of charge.
Other 2 beds/2 bath flats available in the building other then advertised.
One bedrooms are available with double and can accommodate 2 persons.
The flats are within easy access of transport and local amenities as well as shops and restaurants.
This is a lovely large garden flat recently refurbished with own seperate entrance. The flat has a large hallway with dinning for 4 persons. Large open plan kitchen/reception room with French doors to patio garden. There are two bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed (4'6) and second bedroom with king size bed (5ft) with en-suite bathroom. There is a second bathroom room with shower(wet room). Ample wardrobe space in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. TV and wi-fi broadband.
Can be rented as 1 bedroom double bed / 1 bathroom for a maximum of 2 people. £600.00 PW
Or 1 bedroom king size bed / 2 bathrooms for a maximum of 2 people £650p/w
The flat was exactly as advertised. 3 adults shared this flat for 1 week; it is large and comfortable. It has a fully modern kitchen and a spacious living room. We did not use the garden space but it is well maintained and an added bonus are the 2 cats that visit every day. Only problem was the flat above gets a bit noisy on weekends and can disturb the smaller bedroom tenant. Close to 2 major shopping centres and tube and bus transportation. Would stay again anytime.
What a lovely place to stay. Beautiful apartment close to two Underground stations, shops and restaurants. The apartment is perfect for a family with 2 baths, comfy beds and a beautiful little garden in the back. Georgia, the contact, is extremely helpful and very responsive. She even walked us right over to the flat when we came to pick up the key. I highly recommend booking this place.
My wife and I and our two daughters (22 and 27) stayed in the garden flat for 10 days in August 2015. We thoroughly enjoyed the flat. Perfect for us. Very comfortably in all respects, and an easy walk to Shepherds Bush Underground station. Also close to two excellent pubs: The Bird in Hand and the Havelock Tavern.
Our lower unit flat was very clean, spacious,flooded with natural light and well stocked with everything we needed for our week in London down to spices, converter plugs and laundry soap. All we needed to do was stop at the wonderful grocery store next to the underground stop a short walk to the flat. The rental included an extra large private patio off the living room.
The manager across the street was very helpful. He booked our transportation to the train station and was there to let us in when we arrived. We would highly recommend this flat for a stay in London. It is in a safe and attractive neighborhood with easy access to the underground and bus stop. There is a huge shopping center next to the underground with upscale shops and restaurants as well. We can't wait to return.
We stayed in the Garden Flat, which is the bottom floor. It was bright, airy, immaculate, well supplied, and in a location less than a 10 minute walk from groceries, restaurants and the underground Shepherds Bush Station. We were also able to walk to a Europcar rental from the flat. We felt that our area in Shepards Bush was safe and quiet.
We cannot say enough about Georgia, our flat management, and George who helped us once we were there. Georgia was a font of knowledge and gave us all sorts of ideas and both helped us with our taxis from and back to the airport.
It was a relief to have that part taken care of.
I would highly recommend this flat for your London Vacation, just a few short stops on the tube from Central London, and near all the Kensington ameneites.
