Large Ground Floor Two Bedroom/Two Bathroom flat. The flat can accommodate 3/4 persons and has one bedroom with zip and link twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has standard double bed and 2nd bathroom. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. Equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and reception with dinning for 4. There is direct dial telephone, TV and broadband wi-fi access (free of charge).
The flats are located in a residential area of West Kensington in a Victorian Terrace property.
All two bedroom flats have two bathrooms and can accommodate 4 person, some flats have sofa bed for children/teenagers only and can therefore accommodate 5. All flats have fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryers - some have dishwashers. TV and wi-fi broadband access is available in all flats free of charge.
Other 2 beds/2 bath flats available in the building other then advertised. Pictures of actual flat will be provided on enquiry.
One bedroom is available with double and can accommodate 2 persons.
The flats are within easy access of transport and local amenities as well as shops and restaurants.

We were very pleased with the apartment. Nice neighborhood with restaurants and coffee shops with in walking distance, and easy access to great public transportation. The apartment was well equipped with linens and kitchen ware. Bathrooms and kitchen brand new and spotlessly clean. Georgia was easy to reach and easy to work with. Would stay here again.
The Flat was well located and in a nice area, with a large Shopping Centre and Tube Station in close walking distance. We were met by George (Manager) who lives in the same street and was very helpful, including helping us out on Sunday night before we left to organise transport back to the Airport after a train strike was called. This together with the help Georgia gave us before arriving made us comfortable that we had made a good choice. The flat was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children, clean and had good amenities.
We would be very happy to return to the Flat again, and recommend it to family and friends.
We arrived very early and were able to get the keys and check in. George was very helpful and kind. The flat is large and everything was easily available. There were plenty of towels and clean, comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. We felt like we lived there! The shower in the room with the twin beds may need the shower head cleaned out. Not much water pressure, but we dealt with that ok. The tube and a wonderful mall are just about two blocks away and everything so convenient. We loved our stay! Thanks so much.
The flat is in a quiet neighbourhood and has everything ; close to bus stops and the tube. Westfield mall is a short walk away. The only thing is the wifi connection is a bit spotty.
We stayed in the ground level two bedroom with two baths and were very happy with our stay. We had no trouble booking, no trouble communicating, and an easy check in and out.
The apartment is in an older building in nice condition. The bathrooms are very modern and large by London standards. Really nice. The kitchen is newer and in good condition as well. It was nice having ice. Beds and bedding in both rooms are in good condition and comfortable.
The apartment is easily accessible with maybe a single step up from the street, and then its on that level.
George and Georgia were helpful and friendly and the location is great.
The apartment was very clean on arrival. I'm glad we picked this one and would return.
We would recommend The Richmond pub for football on tv and a drink (very little food, friendly staff).
We had an excellent english breakfast called The Full Mustard at Mustard (full service restaurant)
Fish and chips with a great selection of fish at Kerbisher and Malt. Small and modern.
Cheap diner cafe we liked was Brook Green Cafe (they serve a broad inexpensive menu). Very plain facility.
Our favorite pub is a few stops away near Lancaster Gate tube stop on the central line. The Swann.
The property is located in Sinclair Gardens West Kensington W14 a residential area of London close to Holland Park and Olympia. The location is serviced by 3 Underground Stations - Shepherds Bush (Central Line), Olympia (District Line) or Hammersmith (Piccadilly Line) which are all within easy access. There are also numerous buses to central London locations, such as Marble Arch, Oxford Street, High Street Kensington, South Kensington, Westminster, Victoria. The flats are within walking distance or a bus ride to Portobello Market and fashionable Holland Park. There are shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs in the immediate area as well as the large Westfield shopping centre, cinema complex. The flats are also within easy reach of Heathrow or Gatwick airport.
