The flats are located in a residential area of West Kensington in a Victorian Terrace property.
All two bedroom flats have two bathrooms and can accommodate 4 person, some flats have sofa bed for children/teenagers only and can therefore accommodate 5. All flats have fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryers - some have dishwashers. TV and wi-fi broadband access is available in all flats free of charge.
Other 2 beds/2 bath flats available in the building other then advertised.
One bedrooms are available with double and can accommodate 2 persons.
The flats are within easy access of transport and local amenities as well as shops and restaurants.
This property suited our needs perfectly. Everything in the flat was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. All interactions with our host were highly satisfactory. In addition to providing us with plenty of helpful information, they were very obliging and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. This property is easy to reach (only minutes from the Shepherd's Bush tube station) and on a quiet, residential street in a lovely neighbourhood, with plenty of convenience stores and a grocery store very close by, just as advertised. I highly recommend it and would love to return!
Flat was wonderful for our family with two teenagers - one took the 2nd bedroom, one claimed the fold out couch. Location was wonderful - 5 min walk in nice neighborhood to the tube, Morrison's grocery or Everything's a Pound, fast food, etc. Right on the central line for easy transfers to all the major sites. Having a kitchen, living room, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms for the price of a very average hotel room is a no-brainer. The ability to make our own breakfasts in the morning saved us 25 - 40 pounds a day (or more) versus a hotel or Starbucks. George was very helpful and accommodating - finding airport transportation for us much cheaper than the cab we took in. No regrets or hesitation in recommending!
This is a well kept, roomy apartment in a very convenient location. Close to an Underground station, grocery and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped; the bathrooms had nice showers and bathtub. We had a wonderful time on our trip, and this apartment made things much easier than staying in a hotel. The price was excellent. The owner and associate are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this flat.
I enjoyed my stay in this apartment which is conveniently located near a subway stop, shops and restaurants (my favorite was the Indian restaurant Raj of India at the corner of Shepherd’s Bush Road and Minford Gardens). The apartment was clean and comfortable and I got a kick out of the metal flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. In the living room was a large bookshelf with lots of different books for all tastes. Although I'd brought my own I noticed that the owner also provided various electrical plug adapters. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates etc and the washer dryer were easy to figure out.
The key exchange which can often be cumbersome in vacation rentals was extremely easy as was the payment method. In addition my security deposit was refunded promptly.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It is located in a very quiet residential area. Georgia was extremely friendly and gave us precious information about the transport and the commercial centre. We recommend this property above all to a family with children like us, because the tube station is very near the property and in the nearby there are supermarkets, shops,pubs and restaurants.
We had a wonderful week at 10 Sinclair Gardens. The flat is spacious and light, with a living room area from whose windows trees and a garden are visible. The flat was spotless when we arrived. There are ample dishes with which to cook. There is as well a combined washer/dryer. The dryer has a bit of a hard time with heavy cottons; I'd recommend light loads.

We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone who wants a nice flat close to Notting Hill.
The property is located in Sinclair Gardens West Kensington W14 a residential area of London close to Holland Park and Olympia. The location is serviced by 3 Underground Stations - Shepherds Bush (Central Line), Olympia (District Line) or Hammersmith (Piccadilly Line) which are all within easy access. There are also numerous buses to central London locations, such as Marble Arch, Oxford Street, High Street Kensington, South Kensington, Westminster, Victoria. The flats are within walking distance or a bus ride to Portobello Market and fashionable Holland Park. There are shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs in the immediate area as well as the large Westfield shopping centre, cinema complex. The flats are also within easy reach of Heathrow or Gatwick airport.
