This comfortable, well maintained 3 bedroom home is a stone’s
throw from the popular Wellington Beach on Lake Ontario. The back deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the perennial flower gardens and view of the lake. Feel the lake breeze and listen to the waves break against the shore.
If you would like to stretch your legs, walk 100 m to the beach,
and stroll along the boardwalk to the lighthouse. At the nearby harbour, you may also enjoy watching the local boat traffic or throwing in a fish line.
Or walk 10 minutes in the opposite direction, by century old houses, to the inviting lake side village of Wellington. Stop at the local cafe, bakery, grocery store or children’s lakeside play ground. Enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the fine dining
restaurants. Several artists live in the area and display their work in
Wellington and in the neighbouring village of Bloomfield. Bloomfield is a shopper’s delight with artist’s studios, galleries, woman’s clothing boutiques and gift shops.
Prince Edward County boasts of over 30 wineries, over 10 are
located near Wellington. Many wines have achieved the VQA standard and are
offered in the LCBO. Touring wineries is
