Nice, very, very nice.

We go to P.E.C. 1-2 times a year, this by far is the best rental to date. We will book next year and have already recommended to friends...Great location, well equipped...almost perfect.

That said, and understood beyond the control of property manager...the listing should have indicated light construction was going on next door...and on water st...we were awakened Wednesday and Thursday to the sound of power tools...chop saws, nail guns, hammers and

,power drills...Also, the parking was a bit many contractors cars...we sometimes could not pull out of laneway without going over grass...or had to park on water St. because lane blocked while unloading stuff.

Again, I consider these minor issues but thought they should be brought to your attention.

Look forward to re-booking next summer...Geo and Lynne
