Studio de Village is a cozy one bedroom home located on a side street in the lakeside village of Wellington yet conveniently close to all the amenities of this charming community, and it's centrally located for touring Prince Edward County and visiting the Sandbanks.
Charming Studio de Village is a short walk from the public beach and boardwalk, less than a five minute walk to the Millennium trail, is centrally located to many of the local wineries and great restaurants, and is also halfway between the beaches of Sandbanks and North Beach. A beach pass is included with your rental, and can be used at either beach. In addition, there is a yard for relaxing at the end of the day.
If you're looking for adventure, you can tour the local wineries, spend the day at one of the local beaches or spas, shop and browse in the boutiques, artisan and antique shops, dine out at a fine restaurant or pub, play a round of golf, tour the County on bicycle, explore West Lake by kayak, try your luck at fishing, or check out the local farm markets.
Why not take to the water for diving, canoeing, sailing, rowing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, and fishing or explore the rich Loyalist heritage and discover why this area is home to so many talented artists and photographers? You’ll also find the County overflowing with great one-of-a-kind stores as well as special events throughout the year. Rich in farm-fresh ingredients, gourmet suppliers and top chefs, this area is absolutely fabulous for foodies.Maximum 4 persons.
Responsible dog owners and dogs are welcome with pre-approval. Pet fee applies $60/week or $12/night. Max 1 dog - must be non-shedding and hypo-allergenic.

High Season (Jul - Aug): weekly rentals with Saturday check-in/check-out.
Low Season: 2 night min, 3 night min for long weekends.
Rates are tax exempt.

We really enjoyed staying here during our week in the County. Centrally located, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, convenience, cafes and very close to some great wineries (I am looking at you, Karlo and Sugarbush!) ☺ the cottage is well appointed, we ate out for every meal but next year we'll make use of the bbq! Really enjoyed our time there. If you stay there, make sure to read Steve's binder, it is full of good information to make your vacation the best it can be. If I may, Bullfrog restaurant is a close location for a good breakfast (by car) and Tall Poppy is just a short walk away.
