You're within 10 minutes of the Sandbanks Provincial Park and a short drive from the many wineries and eating establishments of Prince Edward County.
You'll feel at right at home in this newly renovated century home: open concept living and dining area, brand new kitchen, screened sunroom for al fresco dining, den for reading and relaxing, four spacious bedrooms and three new bathrooms, satellite TV, WiFi, laundry facilities, and a large one acre yard.
This home has just undergone a major renovation. A two storey addition has been added to the original structure and includes a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, master bedroom with ensuite, and a main level bedroom. The original house has been retro-fitted with a dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, and a den.
Only one block away is the Bloomfield Mill Pond and the Bloomfield Park with a playground, outdoor theatre, and tennis courts with evening lighting. Take a stroll into the village downtown where you'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes & tearooms, an ice cream shop, boutiques, artisan studios, antiques, public library, and a bank. The Millenium Trail is easily accessible from Stanley Street and there's also a farm market with fresh local produce.
While you're here, be sure to check out other attractions of Prince Edward County within a short drive of Bloomfield.
