This 1100 sq. ft condo is just the place to relax and kick back in after a fun day out in the sun! Everything you need is right here and waiting for you, just bring your luggage, and go get some stuff for the fridge (tomorrow you may want to cook breakfast!).

This is an end unit so there is only 1 common wall. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, so you, your family, or friends can stay together but be separate!

Hello! My name is Kory,

I am originally from North Dakota. I lived in Phoenix for 10 years before making the trek back up to good ol' ND to work in a more lucrative industry. I get back to Phoenix whenever I can, it gets quite cold up here...

I have three properties in Phoenix. The first is a 2/bed, 1.5/bath condo near the Biltmore area. The second is a 3/bed, 1.5/bath near downtown in the historic districts, and kitty corner from the Phoenix Country Club. Then this one! They are all centrally located near many amenities such as restaurants, transportation, and shopping. They are also located near the Phoenix Children's Hospital and the Barrow Neurological Institute.

Atlantans in Phoenix

We enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal for us since our family members all live nearby. Access was easy and parking was adequate. The interior was large enough to accommodate our family at Christmas and certainly large enough for two people. The bed was very comfortable and we really appreciated having two nightstands! The master bath was a little small, but it worked out for us because I used the guest bath and my wife used the master.

As far as recommendations, we were disappointed that there was no Christmas tree, even a small one. So, some holiday decorations would be appreciated. Also, I thought the living room could use some additional lighting, either on the ceiling fan or in the corner by the mirror. Or, just increase the wattage of the existing bulbs. The kitchen was well appointed, but we were missing napkins. (We don't like to use paper towels other than for wiping.)

Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful Central Phoenix Condo

We had a great stay at this condo! The condo is very cute and comfortable -- and clean. Everything we needed (towels, sheets, soap, coffee, etc) was provided and easy to find. The condo is also in a great location with lots of great hiking spots and restaurants close by.

Cute condo in fantastic neighborhood.

Very nice condo complex with friendly neighbors and several great restaurants within walking distance. The decor is amazing and comfortable, especially the beds. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for meal prep or entertaining. Nice pool area that never has more than a few people using it and never noisy!

Very central location, easy access to the freeway to get downtown or out of town to the north. There is even a city bus stop nearby which you don't see a lot of in Phoenix. Fantastic hiking trails just 5 minutes away and easy access to the bike trail along the canal.

Kory and Victoria were easy to communicate with, I thought the AC was dying one day but it just needed a new filter and Victoria came right over to take care of it for me.

We love this condo!

Paso Robles

Nicely decorated and quiet

We enjoyed this nicely appointed condo and being on the end of the row was a big plus as it was really quiet. The decor was just as the photos show. Although we didn't do any cooking/eating in the condo, it was well equipped for it. The patio was also a real plus to offer indoor/outdoor living and we loved the sliding doors!

The main living area is large and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit smaller and the showers are not updated. The proximity to Luci's was great and we went there several times for coffee and breakfast. Terrific place! We didn't find the neighborhood that great for walking, but just a short distance away is Granada Park, a perfect spot for walking, biking and tennis.

Lost Keys will Be a $50 fee for replacement. Not turned in keys will have a $150 fee for lock change and new keys.

Stays longer than 30 days will carry a $150 cleaning fee, and stays over 60 days will carry a $200 cleaning fee.

Execution of booking shall be deemed a valid signature for house rules and our rental agreement.

We reserve the right to do a non-judicial lock out of any tenant who refuses to check out at the end of the agreed rental period.

Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or death that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, nor responsible for the losses and/or damages of personal belongings or valuables. All Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premise or others whom they invite to use the premise, including but not limited to injury or loss of life due to acts of god, wildlife, weather, or use of bikes, tools, or other facilities on the property. Owner is not responsible for any legal infractions, penalties, fees, or incarcerations including but not limited to noise, neighbor complaints, outdoor fires, firearms, fireworks, or illegal drug use.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
