This updated cottage is in a great location where we can park our car and walk or bike to town . We loved the charm of this 1900s historic cottage . Great rear and front decks , comfortable king bed and comfy linens , great kitchen with gas stovetop !

We spent 5 weeks in the cottage and loved the location. It is in a supremely walkable area with lots of good sidewalks for walking a dog. We walked to the grocery store, restaurants, a bakery, a wine shop and downtown. The cottage was clean and had what we needed, and the two A/C units kept it cool on warm August afternoons. We spent every morning and evening on the front porch. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with which made our stay more enjoyable.
We stayed in this cottage for one month . It was the perfect space and location for our visit . Right in the downtown area . We rode bike everywhere . The owner was wonderful and was always available for recomendations and guidance.
This little home is very cute and comfortable. The weather was perfect during our visit and we spent a significant amount of time out on the back deck and the front porch.
Access/check-in and checking out were all super simple as well. :)
Excellent communication with owner. House is clean and well kept. Excellent decks front and back, cool neighborhood (lots of stuff within walking distance Bakery/Coffee, etc.).
$7-$9 Uber to and from Downtown and $30 to Sierra Nevada ( a must visit)
All in all, everyone had an excellent time, and I would look to use the property in the future.
